walking down the middle of the street won't really net you edibles, and it doesn't seem that it allows you to forage while fast walking. I could be wrong tho. enjoyed the vid

You can forage whilst fast walking, just easier to miss. Foraging in the forest will get my berries and mushrooms - but high calorie stuff will really only be on zombies, vehicles or houses, so walking down the road helps in that sense - need to balance both :)
