I see many things that you do wrong. For example: you should lift more knees, and take proper steps, and not what you are showing, during the transition you should not push your body forward in front of the pole (this only applies to jumps that are from a longer run), and you should hang it out and not fly so fast. If I had to tell you what you're doing wrong, it would be a long time, but otherwise it's not bad and it definitely helped someone😉

i just started pole vaulting and am struggling to even get my feet on the mat (we have a port a pit with a box in our gym floor, our school doesn’t get big fancy mats). any suggestions? i think i should try switching legs to my stronger leg (i was taught on my weaker leg :/)
