I have found this Dr. to be the most credible and informative source for anyone is looking for good, realistic, information that is the best, most honest descriptions of what ketamine treatments are and what to realistically expect. I wish I had watched his videos before I started my treatments.y first two sessions were wasted because I saw way too many unrealistic videos of people describing thier first ketamine treatment as "transcendental" or "feeling connected to "the source" and understanding for the first time how we are all interconnected and are all one being. I have no idea how much ketamine they have them, but it must have been a hefty dose.

I get exhausted a few hours after treatment, but it continues for the following days. I’m exhausted & sleep way too much. It’s also a different fatigue then when I am depressed. When I’m depressed I’m fatigued, but cant sleep at all. This exhaustion is causing me to feel depressed because I don’t have any energy to get up & do things.
I had morphine and ketamine the other day in hospital when i broke my arm and dislocated my shoulder.It was the craziest experience ever.Tripping x1000.I'm just learning about the K-hole.
Does ketamine induced cystitis go away? Is it a risk for ketamine treatment? Does ketamine have the potential to help those with interstitial cystitis, or can it make things worse?
I am very interested in ketamine infusions for myself. I have trigeminal neuralgia and anesthesia Dolorosa from the surgeries. If I am a candidate I hope for some relief from my constant pain!
Hi Dr. Ko. I have been watching a lot of your videos and they have giving me hope and helped me prepare for my infusions. I started yesterday and had a challenging but therapeutic experience. Unfortunately, i was up all night last night. I have done some research and this appears to be a common side effect. Do you have any suggestions on how to treat this insomnia? Will it go away with time? I am afraid my lack of sleep my interfere with the effects of ketamine and/or exacerbate my anxiety/depression symptoms.
I took first treatment but they days after my dpdr/dissociation disorders have gotten to the extreme and anxiety too. I think this treatment doesn’t help with severe anxiety.
I have interstitial cystitis. I don't take anything for it. It presents itself for many years with urinary urgency and slight persistent very low grade burning. It does not cause me pain. My urine tests have always come back with scant blood in urine for years and years. I was born with a congenital 4 ounce bladder. QUESTION: I'm concerned that my medical history with IC may further irritate my bladder. What is your experience on bladder inflammation cystitis side effects with patients who have IC and administered Ketamine? Thank you.
Thank you for the video. I am in the middle of treatment now by a doctor. Unfortunately the physical side effects are unbearable. During the first INFUSION i experience very unpleasant feelings in my body. second INFUSION I had to stop in the middle...it made me experimental sick ...both mentally and physically. I do not think I should continue, but the doctor is too busy to discuss it with me ...so I ended up online ...looking for answers
There are therapists that specialize in ketamine assisted psychotherapy. They sit with you during the infusion to comfort you and talk you through it. You might want to look into that.
My two cents from my experience is: if you can keep going, I was sick at the beginning too but my body got used to it and it also was a part of purging/cleansing, as vomiting can also be psychogenic letting the bad stuff out.
I'm on my fourth infusion - I've noticed some major swelling that hurts like hell and won't go away. I woke up with it and I don't know what I should do... Or if it's because of the ketamine. Things went kind of sideways anyways yesterday when she jumped up my dose to 100 and about half way through the ivy infusion I felt like I had to urinate really badly. Mind you I was still heavily under the ketamine when the anesthesiologist led me to the bathroom. I just forgot one step - pulling my pants down 😱😂🤪 so that was rather uncomfortable! They were cool about it and I doubt that first time that's ever happened! She thinks that she may have given me a too strong a dose, I dunno but this is the second time I've experienced this kind of swelling...
My mother inlaw has just been put on ketamine, she is in palliative care, what do you think ???? She is obviously in pain, however, mostly the pain is lymphoma
She has been taken off ketamine after a week, now she is one hydromorphine and methadone, for two types of pain... I believe this cancer will end her life very slowly dragging her in the process
Dr What is you have Interstitial Cystitis? I’m thinking about getting ketamine because my pain is taking over my life. I have IC so does that mean I will get bladder pain? Or is that for someone who abuses it like you said? Please help.

why is it so expensive?
One week ofter ketamine, still have side effects from ketamine, wish I never diid it.
