It's actually interesting how they didn't have Matt ditch his bride for Jenna. Sometimes, just too much life happens, and you really can't act it didn't. Matt loved Jenna, but there was too much hurt and estrangement for them to be what they could've been. The ending was a quick fix, but Matt didn't go through that hurt, and there was no heartbreak for the other girlfriend, so it's OK with me.
Mark Ruffalo in 'Just Like Heaven' with Reese Witherspoon was my introduction to his romantic comedies and immediately convinced me of how perfect he's in these roles
just like heaven is unironically one of my fav rom-coms just for how outlandish & funny it is 😂 he really is perfect!!

You're damn right I cry during the "Vienna" scene when she goes back home. Jenna begins to unpack years of uncaring behavior that we never even saw onscreen, but we can see it all in her face (and in Kathy Baker's sensitive reaction, the mom we all deserve). Jennifer Garner is an incredibly talented actor who deserves more recognition IMO.

I turned 30 in 2021. This movie came out when I was 13. She has her life together much more than I do. Just amazing that two of the six chicks grew up to be Captain Marvel and Hanna on Pretty Little Liars.
The throwback pride about "100% in math" and the cringefest second-hand embarrassment is why Jess' channel is so good. ;-)

I had forgotten how much I adore this movie. Ruffalo really makes it work. He was also great in Begin Again (2013) with Keira Knightley. I don't know if you've already seen it, but it's worth a watch.

I almost saw this movie by accident. My brothers and I were at the theater intending to watch a sci-fi movie called The Forgotten. Imagine our surprise when we sat down in the wrong room full of teenage girls, all of them staring at us. Sheepishly, we got up and hurried out to find our original destination.

I was watching this after your The devil wears prada reaction (again) and I'm thinking... I would love to see your reaction to Bride Wars with Kate Hudson and Anne Hathaway. We need more rom-coms in here! And I personally believe that movie deals with a failing relationship better and in a way more realistic manner than most of the rom-coms I've seen in my life. oh i loved this movie as a kid. we had the dvd and i watched it so many times. i think there was a point where i watched it ever day for almost a month. it was such an adored movie of mine. the scene with vienna playing always made me cry, no matter how many times i watched the movie.

I like to play how many Superheroes are in the movie. This has Elektra (not MCU), Bruce Banner, Ant-Man's ex-wife, Claw, Captain Marvel, and Thunderbolt from the Stargirl show.
A few scenes in this movie broke my heart it reminded me of my life as a kid which I'm glad that part of my life is over and I learned from it that period in my life I learn how to love myself I learn how to love myself will I ever find love I don't know it's hard but I love myself that's all that matters to me I'm glad Jenna realize her love for Matt and realize Matt loves her and the relationship they had before they were dating like when they were together when they were young it grew and it blossomed I love movies like that and I'm glad she finally came to realization that how much Matt means to her that she loves Matt and got a chance to make another wish and go back during her younger years when she was 13 and got second chance in her youth and she got to be with Matt and spend time with him all of her life and they stayed together and they were the ones that got married

I just watch the movie and it was adorable! One of the best romances ever with Deadpool and Vanessa in his first movie. Both characters were bullied by an awful girl, meet when Jenna was adult and they have a wonderful time together; were happy. It's great that the heroine is with a different guy than a pretty boy with blonde hair and muscles. It's rare that nerds get a happy ending. The only movie who i know it happened is when Rebel wilson played a cheerleader stuck in an adult's body; i forgot the name but it's a rom-com too.
I'm excited to see '' Just like Heaven! '' with him and Reese winterspoon. Hulk and Ell from Legally blonde will be together, yay 😀🥰
