  • "Hairspray Live!" actress Maddie Baillio lost a whopping 150 pounds. It's-more than half of what she used to weigh. The 26-year-old actress shared a photo of her toned stomach. Baillio says the turning point came in 2020 when she was playing in "Cinderella." "I couldn't keep up with the choreography,” she says. “I kept losing my breath. We'd have to start reshooting the scene over and over for me." Baillio began walking 30 minutes a day and became vegan.

I lost 50 pounds in a little less than a year doing a vegetarian diet and sometimes it would be vegan too, although I believe what causes weight loss is not the absence of meat but of all the junk food, sweets, and sodas and implementing portion control. What's best is what makes you and your body feel good 💝 I gained all my weight back and then some because I started eating junk food again and quit my job where I was walking around all day.
