You can find a link to the Rokoko Motion Capture by following this link right here! rokoko.co/TheRoyalSkies While this video is not directly sponsored by Rokoko, They have sponsored my previous videos, and if you use the link above, they will be able to tell that you found them through my channel :) Like I said in the video, this Mocap is really just meant for when you record typical slice-of-life kinda animations. When you start to do quick or crazy motions, the feet will probably lose track, but as far as free video to mocap goes, it's one of the few out there that has a direct export to Unreal5, so hope that helps and as always hope you have a Fantastic Day-!!
Thank you for being only person on all of YT to teach something without any extra fluff or wordy bull$hit. Great video, great tutorial. Now do some bread recipes I'm trying to learn.
the feet jank can be cleaned in Cascadeur I believe. I have been playing around with rokoko AI taking really fast fight scenes and I'm trying to get them into Cascadeur to clean up. Still pretty useful to get the bare base movements done rather than tediously doing it by hand! Cascadeur is free/has a free version for anyone wondering who hasnt checked it out
Rokoko AI doesn't really like white or black clothing, so avoid that. To the guys asking about the suit, last time I checked they got some really bad magnetic interference problem when anything metallic big enough was around it. Crazy enough, the actual metal pipes from buildings inside the walls where I was made the tracking go bad. (lol) The Rokoko suit IS better than any AI video tracking, but there is just so much cleaning to do later that is just not worth it. Sadly, the only suit that is really, really good is Xsens. Shame that you have to pay some really heavy pricing even after you spent like $4000 on their suit. Unless you're a big company, that's just impossible to have. Maybe xsens some day get some sense that people are eager to buy, use and create with their stuff and the only thing that is preventing that is their pricing policies. Right now the pricing is just nonsense, but the only cheap-ish alternative to those who really want some good mocap going.
How can we make changes to the imported animation? Like Can't I edit the animation to make it stop making weird flotations? Can we use control rig for that?
Thank you so much for this! I learned how to retarget these animations for metahumans, which has been fun. How do you add finger animation, since the rokoko doesn’t track fingers?
Great video, thanks! :D I'm having a problem here, every time I try to import an animation from Rokoko to Unreal 5.1.1 I get this error message: "FAILED TO MERGE BONES: This could happen if significant hierarchical changes have been made e.g. inserting a bone between nodes." Any tips to resolve this? thanks in advance

Your custom mannequin is delightful to watch moving because of all the shapes and jiggles. Nice job
softest metal known to man
I've known about Rokoko for a while but I did not know it had UE export O_O! That is fricken sick!
Tell youtube that this man deserves millions subs
I need an anim of a person getting out of bed, might film myself and give it a try!

How did you clean them up? Do you have any resources or tutorials?
I saw a few apps for the video motion capturing, but didn't know Rokoko had it too! I gotta check that out, thx
First found out about you with SD, now that I know you do Unreal Engine, you're gonna be the most valuable UA-camr for me.
Thanks, and good job.

Would love a face cam (unreal live link) tutorial next!

Crouching Tiger Hidden Algo
So helpful man
Tutorial doesn't work anymore. Scenes isn't a thing and uploading video doesn't work.

how do you do that? Got a link to some notes or something bruh/fam/sir?
question! since you have a rokoko suit (I'm assuming you still own one) is the suit better than the AI motion capture and if yes in what ways
the suit is better. the ordinary videos always look kinda jank.
It is not free. Everything has buy now so tell me again where the free option is!
stop demanding it like it's owed to you somehow. jfc
notaron que en los términos y condiciones rokoko dice que registrara todo lo que agás en la internet
Can you root the feet to the ground?
Great video, thanks! :D

Anyone think blender will ever get a livelink feature with unreal?
Just out of curiosity, does Unreal 4 mannequin works too?
Can you use Rokuko for commercial use?
wait.. so you can't use this with a metahuman?
I just subscribed you xD
Is the video unlisted or am i tripping?
Wow
Can i use my own metahuman for this
algo
dude, can you just write a batch script for all of this? why all the manual work in just copying what you do?
Thank GOD all the most tedious and annoying parts of game art are being automated. I'm so hyped to not have to 3D model or animate anything.
Don’t you just wish you could talk and it would do it all for you? Or maybe mind control?
It was doing new Jeans omg dance lol
Funciona para o cascauder?

She doesn't walk like a woman, because of their body structure they move their hips.

The one camera setup plan IS free, dude
