I would love to see more 20-30 minute classes. The short ones are super fine as well and I know you have some longer ones but I do it daily and so it gets repetitive sometimes 😅

Soon we will see 1 min classes. I don’t get the idea. But as you said they are great. What is behind that logic? More subscribers may be. But not good.
@@MrMustafanuri I agree. For myself, anything below 15-20 minutes it is hard for me to get in a yoga state for my mind and body. Hard to explain and don't get me wrong even 2 minutes of movement are better than 0. But for me a yoga practice needs time, at least 20 minutes for myself but that might vary from individual to individual. Namaste
We have over one hundred 20-30 min classes. That means if you practice daily each class is repeated only 3 times in one year. Additionally there are dozens of 30+ minute classes, which sounds like a good next step for your practice. And then we have our Wolfpack membership platform to really deepen your practice. All classes are not designed to be done only once but several times at least. More 20-30 minute classes are coming however. But to go through all of our content with a daily practice will take you almost two years 🔥
The idea is to provide classes for people that don’t make the time and to ease the entry for new people and beginners. We thought we make this clear in every video why we are publishing a bunch of super short classes. Luckily you can ignore those if they’re not for you and watch the other 579 free videos 🔥
@@BreatheAndFlow I'm on patreon supporting for more than two years now. I do yoga at least once a day, but only the very strong classes with a mix of yin once a week. So it's down to a lot less relevant videos with 20-30 minutes. I just mentioned a personal opinion, how you do your thing is still up to you. As you allow comments in wanted to give my feedback on the shorter classes as over the last months it seems your focus is shifting to short or very short classes which are not for me. But you can analyze all the useage of your videos with the tools UA-cam provide so you know what people click and like. I may not be the average user here.

Hi Flow, you have helped my wife & I change our physical lives with yoga. Sometimes when I do abdomen and then cross my legs and roll over them, my left knee socket almost pops out and dislocates. Should I continue doing that or is that a bad sign? The knee joint is sore for a few days after that happens and I want to make sure I am not injuring. Thank you 🙏🏼
