I think this is the closest Julia has come to drawing a Pokémon. In fact, her version of HallowHallow looks like the evolved version of the original.

Definitely!! One lil moment that got me: I was really surprised that Nathan and Jacob’s exclamations of “Ghost Beef” when they all first heard the name lined up so perfectly, since they’ve been recording remotely for a while and there’s gotta be lag and whatnot. Those two probs have some similar cadences and reactions from talking to each other so much, but the attention to detail of syncing it up really made me laugh!
How so? Maybe the editing was so good that it flow well enough for me to not to notice anything.. i actually thought it was a bit lacking when at 23:09 Karina talked about how Jacob's drawing reminded her of "Twin Long Rods" and they didn't flash picture of it on screen so I had to google it myself in the middle of the episode.
I love when Karina drops a tidbit about Filipino culture every now and then. Just makes me happy because I'm Filipino too. I dunno if anyone understands that but yeah.

I've never seen an episode of Yu-gi-oh but I'm pretty sure I would die and kill for Joey Wheeler based entirely on the way the drawfeee squad talks about him
He's a pretty interesting character. (I am pulling from the manga for some of this) He starts out as a bully, gets beaten up, the protagonist, Yugi, stands up for him, and they become best friends. He's sort of tough, but dorky, and also very caring and protective. When the manga switches to the card game focus, he's an underdog who can barely play, but becomes good enough to get into the top five twice.

He was an abused boy who was a bully but became a very loyal jumbo BFF who is also very strong and buff and is the actual sweetest and is the third best yugioh player in the world. I’d die for him

1. When Julia said, ”I LOVE THIS,” I imagined her with a sinister smile.
2. I’d pay money to see Kevin Bacon cameo in the zombie version of Footloose, which would be called Gut-Loose.
3. I’m now picturing someone using some carving techniques to make the usual jack o’lantern, but with teeth that look like candy corn.
I feel like the emotion Julia was expressing in point 1 is all I want from life.
Drawing Suggestion:
Sometimes, it feels like Nathan is catfishing us, but in reverse. The dude makes you think he's just a Happy Cloud Boy. But, you see him in real-life and he's a snack with kind eyes. Like, he looks like he could steal your girlfriend and treat her better than you can. Like, she would be 10% happier with him. So, to prove Nathan from stealing all of our girlfriends, I challenge the Drawfee artists to illustrate Nathan into as many situations as they can in forty minutes.
I don't mean to be disrespectful but Nathan is a *damn* fine looking guy, and I hope he knows it

Hi Drawfee! I have an odd request: I'm a teacher and I know a lot of students are super bummed about art classes being reduced, or even cut during the pandemic. Could you guys do a School Special where you make it 100% pg and just do your thing? (Maybe one of your speed draw/ improve old art episodes?) You already talk so much about how to overcome obstacles and draw with confidence, and you tend to focus on beginners anyway- it seems like a match made in heaven.
Since UA-cam has become such a big part of education, I just feel like a PG cut of your show could do a lot for bringing some life and art into student's lives.
Anyway, consider it. :) thanks for making cool videos.
