I want to say thank you for making this video. I was scrolling through TikTok mining my own business and every one or two scrolls. It’s about this person. I was so confused. I wanted to know more about this person and what they did and I didn’t know what they were doing, and even if I try to look up what they did, there was no information about it I moved on with my day in my life because I got you know stuff to do instead of focusing about drama when the new year came and as usual, I scroll through TikTok again and I saw a post about you explaining this so I decided to watch it I skipped some parts but I didn’t skip the important parts cause I needed to know what they’ve done now I know what they did and I do kind of feel bad but at the same time life is life there’s weird people we got nice people and you got you know fucked up people at the end of the day I don’t harass her anybody I just move on with my day and just enjoy what I like to do is painting my RC cars for holiday theme thank you for this video. I know you probably won’t reach this comment but thanks a lot and sorry for making this long.
I just want to comment this. Grooming isn't just about sexual behavior or getting something sexual from the victim. Often times it's just for control and creating a power imbalance. Just wanted to leave this here as a lot of people seem to be using groom incorrectly and forgetting grooming comes in many different forms with sexual grooming not just being the only ones.

Doing nsfw art in private as a teenager is one thing, but doing public nsfw comission is wildly different. You as a minor can't consent to stuff like that, that's why it's called being below the age of consent. You just don't know how you'll feel about this once your brain fully develops. No normal person wants to see child-drawn nsfw, i know it's hard to be a teen, but at this point, you're willingly surrounding yourself with creeps, and it's stupid - i'm just saying this to any teens who planned on doing it.
Yeah, I'm currently a teen and struggled with being hypersexual from 11-12. Using drawings like that to vent is ok but commissions are not safe and can lead to creeps following them! (つ .•́ _ʖ •̀.)つ
Seeing children post that stuff online is depressing, theres this one artist who draws phenomenally and mostly draws inflation stuff but this artist is a minor and when I found this out I began to feel sad thinking about all the creeps taking advantage of him and people being bullies to him because of what he draws
He's a nice enough kid and he draws very well but I pains me to see him go throw this kind of stuff
I just hope he gets out of this mess and further improve his art and himself as a person and not post inappropriate stuff online as a minor

When i was younger, around 9 or 10, i was groomed online by an older man, and he sent pictures. before i didn't know it wasn't okay, and today that affected me both consciously and unconsciously. When i was 11, i drew NSFW are of my fav characters bc i thought it was ok. Now im saving up for therapy, but for now, im paying for online therapy. Im 14. Seeing this happen to someone else is upsetting too.
This also occurred to me. It’s been a few years since that occurred and I want to say that it gets better. You’re very strong for wanting to get therapy and saving up for it, I wish you nothing but good things

Even tho i'm late, I just want to say that you're a very strong person, and you did not deserve what happened to you. Behavior like that is extremely concerning, no 11 year old should have knowledge of nsfw content, let alone draw it. Of course boundaries and what is appropriate and inappropriate should be taught. But drawing that stuff could signify that they’re being taken advantage of by someone older, whether irl or online

I say that because I started getting these feelings at around that age. With how easy access to the internet is, it is possible for them to find it themselves (as I did, not fun), it’s very upsetting as those experiences hurt me quite a lot, I wish it was not a common experience

I feel as though people, especially young children/teens have suddenly started to lose their ability to give people, especially minors the benefit of the doubt when it comes to certain cases. Like, especially as an adult who has actively grown up in the animation meme community and commentary community, I've seen really similar or exact situations as this before, and my first thought isn't "Omg this child should be crucified and thrown to the wolves", it's usually "Wait a second, this sounds like a victim of manipulation or grooming".
Unfortunately, it's been so normalized on the internet that children being exposed to suggestive content is okay, that everyone seems to forget that it really isn't normal for a child, especially an ELEVEN year old, to be producing content like that. That is almost always a reflection of who's chosen to be around them, because unfortunately, I was exactly like that at that age too (mostly from being in the gacha/animation meme community). I could actively go on a whole other rant as to why I despise how TikTok users handle situations like this, because they are almost always NEVER handled correctly.
Frankly, shame on the adults in that server who actively encouraged this behavior. Shame on the adults that were the ones to start this behavior. Shame on the adults who laughed along and pretended this was okay for a child to do. Hope they get exposed themselves, because they are the dangerous ones. This isn't to say Ueffohe is innocent, in fact I think not being online or being an influencer of any sorts is healthy for them until they can get the proper help they need. Genuinely hope they get help and never repeat this disgusting and gross behavior, cause that shit is not normal in the slightest...

Can I just say, if they were 13-12 when this art happened or gacha that would mean that, they have been shown this NSFW stuff or something has been going on at that time which does very concern me and probably everyone else.

Definitely a learning experience for next time, setting aside time for scriptwriting is important if you want to look like a competent speaker (high school beat that lesson into me with a spanish leather belt)

I think there's a clear difference with making a edgy joke and calling someone stupid for their disability (which ueffohe has done constantly), as far as I know ueffohe isn't disabled and doesn't have to deal with real life struggles I as an disabled person do face, I'm also Serbian and genuinely don't know what you westerners deem as "too much" or "offensive" since over here us disabled people are allowed to make fun of ourselves
I think instead of people immediately hating on someone for their actions, we should ask ourselves why they did it in the first place. What if they didnt know it WASNT ok to show minors nsfw? What if they had another deep reason for their actions? Its not okay even if its an accident. People should think about what they are doing, and how its gonna affect them or others first. That is one very important thought. Why?

Ok so, as a teenage artist(15 specifically), I'm glad you talked about this topic. (TW!! ATTEMPTED GROOMING MIGHT BE MENTIONED!!) recently, i was 'friends' with a "17" year old- we'll call them kat- i shared an oc with them. A little thing about Kat is that they "had a crush on me" so uhm, it was interesting. Constantly trying to be my "online sister/mother" or date me, I ignored and kept it platonic luckily, but now for the reason i really made this comment. One time well drawing and chatting, they requested drawing nsfw of our oc, which when i declined, kat said "oh sorry i just wanted to see her b--bs." Which i suppose wouldn't be wrong (IF I WEREN'T A MINOR) since our oc is an adult. Buuut it wasn't long till they tried to pressure me to drawing both me and the oc in nsfw. This was only 2 months ago, but since then i stopped talking. Watch out for who you talk to online! And stay safe!❤️ :) (i apologize if this was confusing or against community standards-!)

I hate how nobody is saying how they can LITERALLY go to jail for making cp no matter the age and I hate how they blamed it on being hyper sexual because it MORALS you don’t do that it’s actually weird and utterly unacceptable I don’t care if your art is cool or your also a kid it’s utterly unacceptable.
I completely agree that what happened is unacceptable, but technically no she cannot go to jail for what she did. While I say this, no I am not saying that this is any better, but she did not draw actual cp, what cp is, is s3xual exploitation of REAL minors, and the minors that she drew were fictional charachters/oc's. Again this does not make it any better, and it's still punishable. But at the age she did it, and considering the characters were fiction, she cannot go to jail for it. Also I feel like people should stop throwing around the word "cp" when it comes to this situation, again because cp/csam refers to ACTUAL children being exploited. But yet again, this behavior is still punishable.

I don't personally make yt videos, but a script would probably be a good idea!! I'd ask advice from other creators though, idk if I'd have the best assistance ^^;
Just from a viewer perspective, it went from being serious to just insulting them. Your bad experince with them is valid, but it was a hard watch for the continous insults. Ig their writing in the message you read off also wasn't great which made the entire message they wrote really difficult to listen to.

As someone who was shown nsfw through gacha at a young age, I can kinda sympathize and relate in a way. Obviously I didn’t make cp or posted anything nsfw but i did consume stuff like that and it really affected me. I hope Kuri gets the help they need and I’m glad they understand now how wrong their actions were.
Ough, normally don't comment on this account, but the respecting religion comment reaaaally threw me off. I agree with almost all of what you said in the rest of the video, but that comment made me feel really icky.
As a religious person myself, everyone deserves respect. Yes, I am perfectly aware that not everyone is going to be my religion. Yes, I am perfectly aware that not everyone is going to respect it. No, I am not going to stand by and pretend it's normal. It's the same as saying disrespecting someone's pronouns and identity is okay because not everyone is going to accept it. Sure, a lot of people don't believe in transitioning, but that doesn't mean it is okay for them to go out of their way to disrespect someone. If someone's belief isn't actively harmful, then it deserves respect. Claiming otherwise is innane.
I completely agree that this point should ultimately be moot in the grand scheme of all the allegations, but that comment just made me feel really gross.
Pronouns and religion are entirely two separate things that aren't comparable. A religion is a choice, being trans isn't. Also disrespecting a religion doesn't mean they're disrespecting a religious individual. But misgendering someone is directly disrespecting the individual.

That doesn't mean there can't be disrespect towards a religious individual, if someone walked up to a religious person and said "you're dumb for being x religion" then that wouldn't be okay either. But generally not liking religion and criticizing it isn't a personal attack.
Making memes of Greek mythology doesn't mean someone will go up to a person that believes in the Greek Gods and tell them mean things. There's more nuance in this.

I think we’re making two separate points here, though. You are completely right about the nuances here, and that you cannot treat people’s tolerance - for a lack of a better word - of them exactly the same. I was not denouncing that the art is pretty inoffensive. Is it my cup of tea? No, but that doesn’t mean that it’s inherently bad, and it also doesn’t mean that someone’s evil for liking it. The point I’m trying to make is that religion and gender identity are comparable in the sense that they both deserve respect. You can not be a fan of something while respecting it. Everyone is deserving of respect, and it frankly baffles me that the creator said otherwise. Am I a fan of Satanism, for example? No; but that doesn’t mean I’m going to think lower of the people who do believe in it, treat them as lesser than, or make fun of them for worshipping who a lot of religious consider the devil. In the same sense, I am not going to treat a trans person as lesser than or make them feel small by misgendering them, because that’s what it means to show respect for something.

But they never said it was okay, they said it wasn't as big of a deal as the illegal stuff and that people were being too dramatic
I think I have a little bit of insight into why children were "ok" seeing and spreading NSFW. I was in the gacha community from 2019-early 2022 (6th/7th grade-9th grade for me). Some background information on the gacha community is how rampant NSFW was for YEARS. Part of this is because children would see it on accident on youtube, because it wasn't even in warnings for a while, and kids who wanted to become popular would replicate it. The gacha community also thrived on "spreading awareness" about things by really just romanticizing topics, so kids became very desensitized to a lot of topics they should really not be. Almost everyone in the community from before or during 2021 had at least seen one video of NSFW in it, even if they didn't want to, and it screwed up a lot of kids. While I don't know for sure if Ueffohe had seen this and it was the direct cause (I don't know her personal life or what she watched), this might give a little bit of context about how widespread NSFW topics were for a while in the community.

However, I didn't know this person's age when I heard what they drew. Now that I know, I'm deeply concerned about this behavior.

this reminds me of what happened to me recently
i was 13 when i said a bubbles guppies outfit looked like a prostitues (i am currently 15 and i know now it is wrong, along with other things) and a year later when i was 14, i was called a pedophile for this claim. this is by a friend group thats half disbanded. i am banned from a community along with my boyfriend for me "saying a cp joke", which wasnt right at all. my boyfriend was listed as defending it, which didnt happen. all he said was ew but no kill after learning i had daid the bubble guppy thing a year later. They decided to team up with someone who made me and my partner uncomfortable (another story) and found abandoned nsfw accounts that we moved on from because we knew it was wrong, yet it was still used against us. Honestly I think your take about it being okay for kids or young teens to draw NSFW content is pretty bad. I get that they'll probably do it anyway,Im not gonna act like its not gonna happen if I say its not okay,but imo thats not an excuse to be okay with it. and 18 onwards they’re legal adults and should be able to have full control, since at that point they should be mature enough to handle it and understand fully.
