Hi mam, 🤗 am studying ca foundation course, we have a exams of bcom 2nd semester so , I really felt very peaceful n clear ❤ understand of concepts , i just took a book and read the meaning , definitions, and all these i just understand some what that's all but the teachers only. Can teach the subjects wonderfully n such a meaningfully that the difference of students own preparation n teachers ❤.. struggles....

But ma'am partnership has types right.. I mean it's one of the type is.. It can be formed for a sole purpose.. N when the purpose is fullfilled.. The partnership ends. So how can u differentiate it from joint venture in this case ma'am.
Explained well mam But I think you are govt teacher if so, why can't you take video directly in class becz they can also learn well if your presence is there. U can do both at a time making money and teaching students live in the class
