This is Tomoyasu Hotei's way of saying Thank You to the greatness of Sputnik (of whom he is a big fan). Sputnik allowed Hotei to remix their Next Generation song Cyberspace Party, which he released as Cyber City Never Sleeps and took to No 1 in Japan. Years later he arranged for music friends to remix his songs for his album 'Hotei with Friends: All Time Super Guest', Sputnik opting to re-do his version of the Eddie Cochran classic. Way to go, Sputnik! Soshite Hoteisama arigatou gozaimashita!
PLEASE ! TJ, Neil, make up with Martin and give us SSSomething before it's all too late !!! Or at least another "Sputted" 50's classic like this !! Even if it's only you 2 again !!
カヴァーしたのは布袋が先だけど、布袋はSIGUE SIGUE SPUTNIKの国内盤のライナー書く位SIGUE SIGUE SPUTNIK好きだから、布袋のC'mon EverybodyはモロにSIGUE SIGUE SPUTNIK風で、確かこれは布袋のアルバム用にSIGUE SIGUE SPUTNIKが録音したんじゃなかったかな？ というか、オリジナルはEddie Cochranだけど、C'mon Everybodyは本当に色んな人達がカヴァーしてるから選曲としては王道だと思うよ。

@@garygilmore6800 カバー的には布袋さんが先ですが、そもそもジグジグがC'monのリフを使ったラブミサイルを発表していて、それを聴いて意識した布袋さんはオリジナルのC'monをジグジグ風にカバーしたのです。
ジグジグ風カバーのC'monを今度は布袋さんのアルバムの為にジグジグがカバーしたという、ややこしい事に。
