Obs ford used the front bumper to box the frames . Best if you install a bar inside the front frame behind bumper with large brackets make sure frame is square before mounting bar . PS : before welding on any vehicle disconnect positive battery cable!!!

You can, you just have to cut them up a lot and you really wouldn’t be able to use them as tow hooks anymore I am planning on making a video on it.

I'm curious if you have noticed decent egt temp drops since your intercooler. I'm still trying to decide if its worth it yet.
Yes it made a big difference it dropped at least 200*

How much did you cut of your frame? 2 or 3 inches? And if I wanted have my bumper more tuck in do I really need to cut the corners on the top of the truck.
About 3 inches and yes you have to cut that part of the truck if you want it to tuck in all the way

They are 1/2” bolts and like 1 1/2” or 2” can’t remember really
