Ya I hate to say it, but Cranston kicked Wilson's ass with that performance. 😂 But they are both such amazing actors, having them both in one podcast is incredible.
I think it would’ve been great if they had somebody off the street try to do it as well just to see what happened. There’s no way I could have stayed in character without cracking up and falling apart. Professionals.

Who's is Walter White? All I see is Dwight and HAL. Really you guys watch this and think of his character from a very serious show? Hal literally works in an office job in Malcolm in the Middle. Hal and Dwight meeting is legendary and you guys dont get it.
I love Rainn’s remorse as he slowly accepts his own decision of poisoning his sick wife. But I love how Bryan took this SAME type of remorse (for taking his own life) and then he becomes overjoyed with the idea of getting rid of his wife/‘problem’ Dark. And amazing
The best thing about this is that it feels like a proper conversation rather than an interview or "appearance". Just two cool actors shooting the shit with no artiface. Perfect format
Rainn, I hope you read this. I just want to say thank you for the work you're doing highlighting real issues. My wife Veronica and I were in tears last night watching you and Angela discuss loss. Veronica lost her mom during COVID and couldn't return home to Ireland due to the lockdowns. Your words were a blessing to us. Thank you, and God bless.🇮🇪🇭🇲
Rainn shouldn’t sell himself short, his roles outside of The Office have been great: Super, Juno, Cooties, the rocker. Man makes every movie he is in better
He shouldn't sell Bryan short either, saying he will only be remembered for 1 role. That's nonsense. In my house alone he is known as Walter White by my girlfriend and Hal by me
That 5 minutes of acting at the beginning was like a masterclass in auditioning. Rainn shouldn't sell himself short there! He went for more of that heaviness and struggle while Bryan went more mischievous and playful by the end. Two different takes. Brilliantly done. I'm taking notes. Haha.
Automatically my favorite episode of this podcast so far, both played my favorite characters ever and seeing them chat like this made me feel like a kid who’s excited for Christmas. Absolutely loved this one.
"They don't even know that your name is Steven" was said with such confidence I didn't even catch it until Rainn corrected him. And the commitment to the bit made it all come together so well. Hilarious
I watched Baking Bread twice... Not a single bread was baked... But to be serious now, Breaking Bad + Better Call Saul (only the whole package is a complete experience) and The Office... Pure perfection. I'm so glad that I can see you two talking about such interesting issues. Thank you.
Yeah do you think Rainn chose the bread baking theme for the purpose of that pun? Though it wasn't spoken? Another pun (unless Rainns kid is really called Walter) is hanging on the wall right behind Bryan's back.
Walt and Dwight? I see Hal and Dwight. Lol Malcolm in the middle was legendary long before Breaking Bad and since Hal works in a office job and is apart of a comedy show those two meeting makes more sense and is much more legendary in that sense. Can't believe his Hal character is going forgotten so quick ☹️
Bryan - "I love it!" 😂😂 ( 9:34 ) This is why I adore Bryan Cranston, Aaron Paul, Rhea Seehorn, Bob Odenkirk, etc. They know they literally shifted television history forever & don't shy away from the roles that landed them there.

Both of them did an incredible job acting out that scene!! It actually served as a great acting lesson because both perspectives were so different. So great!!
He needs his Walter white role, something about a beet farm but that's just the start as he gets trapped in with the cartel when they kidnap his wife and son aptly named Dwight.. Now Michael (played by Rainn) has to do things he's never imagined to get his family back.
I've seen Jerry and Marge go large. I loved it. Everyone was great in it. I even read the news article about the two because the film got me interested in how much of it was real and how much of it was creative liberty. You said nobody saw it, but not only am I somebody, I also really liked it ❤

I used to have that problem on not being able to distinguish between the actor and the character, but Rainn is just so much more interesting of a guy to limit him to Dwight.
