I never looked at adhd from that perspective, how the Adderall or Ritalin calms us down. Makes a lot of sense considering that I was addicted to meth for the past decade because it worked as a downer for me, made my Asperger's Syndrome not as annoying for others and made me pretty chill. But today is my 234th day sober off of that shit and I'm actually proud to state that.
I’m reading a book about medical cannabis and taken under 10mg(what’s considered a non-intoxicating dose by the researchers) THC has very different effects, there’s been studies that show that in small doses it improves memory and learning. Rain is also absolutely right about the ADHD thing, especially certain varieties of cannabis (certain cannabinoid/terpene profile) taken in small doses can help with ADHD. The book is called Cannabis is Medicine, for anyone interested. It’s very interesting to me how it seems you’ve learned how to self medicate with cannabis with very little side effects, I had a similar experience with adderall where I just didn’t feel like me and felt numb but small doses of cannabis products really help me in the afternoon when I’m running out of energy and my ADHD starts getting worse, it’s how all my chores get done. You should absolutely have some weed nerd on this podcast, I’d love to hear you talk about your experience with it with someone who understands the drug on a scientific level.

Thank you Rick, truly. For the first time I feel understood, something I’ve been searching for all my life. 18:12 seconds with the longest edit bleep then the authentic laughing from both the Glassmans was absolutely perfect. Wish we knew what was said
Honestly it's probably a pretty good Patreon plug because ughh I want to know what was said so bad lol
And Rainn keeps saying that he is old 😮 I didnt ever knew that "oldness" looked so great , so brilliant and soooo Handsome😅❤ ( more compliments on that man!)
I feel proud that I get all the bits before the guests do😂😂😂
Rainn is just a genuine pure soul! What a fabulous guest.
just came across your podcast! The fact that you have Hasselmans' La Source playing in the background made my heart so happy! excited to listen to the whole episode today
Teared up when I saw Rainn on here. Long overdue. Incredible episode, Steve Carell here we come! *presses that’s what she said button*
This pod is excellent in every single way❤. Rainn is pure joy
"..something about a veterinarian.."
omg. lol. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
lol @19:25 Rick thinking he had to sneeze. I had to re-watch 5 times. It seemed like a bit he changed his mind on midway through. 😂😂
He thought he was
“catching a sneeze”
just moving the button instead of pressing it is soooo funny dude wtf 🤣🤣😭
The production quality of this ep is the beastttt ❤🎉
You know it's a damn good podcast when it's 2 hours long but only felt like 1 hour! That's what she said.
I've known this in the back of my head but never really thought about it but it's super cool to me being from Seattle and Rick has had 3 amazing celebrities on his pod from Seattle, Rainn, Adam Ray and Joel McHale. I guess we do have some pretty funny people from Seattle, probably because it's so beautiful but depressing from the constant Rainn. Haha. Anyway, love this episode Love Rainn and hope you two can do more together in the future whether it's podcast or even a TV series!
I listened to this on Apple but had to come to UA-cam to say this was so good.
The lighting is probably one of my favorite parts of the show that no other show has ever had or done that im aware of
How so?
Man. I love the editing so much
I’ve never seen a full clip from this channel before, but thanks to algorithm I fear clips/ shorts before - the first few mins just got me laughing
Not having to worry about being able to afford food for six years is such a huge gift its insane. that could change someone's life.
Never thought I'd reach a point in my life where I find a mundane conversation regarding the In's and Out's of the carpet/flooring sales industry riveting.. more of that
This was amazing , thank you both
Rick & Rainn again! Rainn should be a reoccurring guest on TYSO. These 2 have such good vibes 😎
This is Going to be Profound! Got my drink, snacks, and Nothin but Undivided Attention for the next 2 hours. Hell Yea Goblins!!!
27:45 The slight adjustment of the award cracked me up.
Excellent combo, both for the comedic elements and the authentic ones. I relate, interestingly, to both Rick and Rainn re: personality.
The pot conversation reminded me of when I played in a particular band. Two of us occasionally got high, and two of us didn't. Every time they got high, they thought it was the best we ever sounded, while the other guy and I shook our heads like this was the worst we ever sounded.
Thanks for saying to him what I wish I could say to you about impact.
Lovely duo.
