Did you happen to do tie rods too?? That’s about all I have left. But makes a huge difference! Did you guys buy your 966 new? And I’m having trouble with the 10 already.. seems like there’s air in the fuel
@@amniconvalleyangus we did everything. Wheel bearings, tie rods, bushings.... somewhere around a grand stuck into it. We bought it 20 years ago. I think it had 5600 hours on it then. Maybe you have to loosen fuel lines and tighten them up again. Unless it's the pump?
@@pinesedgefarm1155 wow.. yeah it wasn’t cheap for what I did, but I can imagine how it can add up real quick when you do the whole thing. Nice you guys have had it for that long. You know it’s a good tractor to make it 20 years after it was already 20+ years old. I’ve been playing with it, pump should be fine but who knows. I’m gonna replace that rubber fuel line between the filters and the pump. It’ll be 50 years old next year and I guess they collapse internally
Was time consuming for sure! Are you still able to get parts through Lulich or tractor parts ASAP? Figure Oliver and WFE parts are getting hard to come by
I bet that front end is nice now, we completely rebuilt our 966 front end a few years ago. That 1066 should purr like a kitten now.

Big job on front end. I have to do same on my Oliver 1755.
