Spear Lock & GladChad Build Showcase | Remnant 2

These were two of my previous builds back in the first DLC, which needed to be slightly updated here for DLC2. Spear Lock is definitely much better than it was before, and a bit less clunky to use now, but its not for everyone. Glad Chad the melee tank still does about as well as it used to. Slight nerf to stonebreaker and some bulk but we're still out here swinging

Hero's sword is not that bad. Vash Cowaii has a really good melee tank build using it for flying bosses.

On the gladchad build. Something I see a TON of people miss, especially people who like bisected ring, is the Drakestone pearl. I've been using that with rerouting cable for melee builds since November last year, and it gives you crazy tankiness. And then steadfast mutator so you can just spam heavy attacks permanently and keep building shields. You lose some damage in the kit, but make up for it by having 100% damage uptime as you just unga bunga hold left click the whole time.
I've recently been playing around with a new melee build I call the Stormlord where you straight up cap your tankiness as much as you can. And then run Invoker and Challenger with the crystal staff and shielded strike mutator. It's the fastest Annihilation melee kill I've ever had, at 3:45.
