Why use kinship?

I do a lot of random matchmaking so I put it on basically all my loadouts, but it's also greatly lowering the drain from deathwish and atonement fold

Self-inflicted damage is reduced with kinship without it All the self-inflictions drains your health like crazy.

Death sentence will pretty much get you killed you if you don't.
