    At the 37:21 minute mark there is layers of talking that make it really difficult to understand what's going on or being said. It sounds like a peptide podcast

    I just discovered your channel, thank you. I made good use of the bands at home. It’s amazing what new ways you can train when you get creative. Muscle loss is a lot harder than people think!! I’m thankful the gyms are open now though.
