Some Notes! 1. I know there's no Fire Safety equipment in the new building! There will be, soon! 2. I mention it towards the end of the video, but want to repeat it here; this build isn't on the Steam Workshop, yet. It will be in another episode or two, once I'm done with the interior(s), and once I figure out if I want to add part of another floor, similar to how the buildings in Cities: Skylines 2 had a top floor, with roof access, that was mostly white, and not blue/orange/purple...
Need security cameras for all the doors, helicopter delivery Automatic update, marketing and porting team to like top largest systems and grow the stars to be recognised in the industry
Just a couple things I think you missed or maybe you will be including in the central skyscraper. 1. Meeting Rooms for teams. Doesnt have to be one per team but definetly need some. 2. Lounges, water coolers, coffee machines, and vending machines in those spaces. 3. Some of the pillars dissappeared and you forgot to put them back. 4. In the empty grass spaces, put lights so that it doesnt look as empty. 5. Loved the idea and episode!!!
A suggestion for the printing, you could place them all in a basement of the building so that you can still have project management in the smaller offices
The basement could even have a central kitchen with conveyors going to the different canteens. This way the central kitchen could even be fairly sizeable, considering it's providing for the whole corporation. Lastly, staff rooms and meeting rooms (and the vault) could go In the basement as well. So I'm all for a central basement
I wish you'd get a market recognition bonus for being recognized in other markets. If Microsoft gets into a new product, I'll see those ads and be more likely to try it. If a 2D editor is being used, likely you're using other market products as well. If you use one companies 2D editor, you'll probably hear about other relevant products.
for meetings, i don't think you need 4 reception desks you could utilize those spaces in the other 3 buildings and get loads more space. maybe even make different floors cafeterias/security rooms/ meeting rooms, etc.
Eeek been waiting for this episode & getting an almost 2 hour long one?! Talk about an amazing end to the weekend! Lol just got to the security room bit & it's giving me major Evil Genius 2 vibes for some reason & I love it! OH I think I mentioned this during the last series too, but it could look really cool if you add the Nerdrosoft logo to the floor in either the atriums or hallways or something! Might add something different from just adding it to the walls! Also, might be worth going through your teams since I think a couple of them are in offices that have empty desks now so maybe expanding the teams might be good?
You dont really need 4 receptions the Teal building could become a large canteen for the whole conplex with the kitchen on the balcony and Puple could become a large meeting room that looks like a conference hall
May want to consider putting a little parking near each corner of the building so people don’t need to walk as far. At the very least for the couriers. Thanks for the content!
Research should be started on January. If you start after April it’s usually not worth it since you’ll be less likely to finish the research and patent first. Also the whole process is typically slow so don’t worry if it takes forever. If you can finish the research by September you should have time to finish the patent before others.
Could you build 2 seperate 'out' buildings? One for your printing and couriers next to a road so they dont have to travel so far.. 2nd one as a dedicated server building to free up more rooms in the main building to use as meeting rooms. Also id double the accounting & legal teams and spread them over 2 rooms
Just FYI if you connect the building with a basement they will be counted as one building for Security cameras and utility purposes. It's how I went about making a "campus" style studio
I have been really enjoying the series so far with all that you have done. Do learn some things about the game with what you do. This is an impressive build. It is interesting with what you came up with. I was thinking of a suggestion of making the big center with the courtyard to possibly be a big canteen connected to all of the buildings so there is some interactions with all of the building together. I know the majority of the feeling interactions of the game is within the teams for the cohesiveness and compatibility. Just a thought you can have in mind so you can fit more people in the break area instead of the 10-`15 people you have already have fitted for the canteen rooms.
Couldn't you put the Kitchen in the room right above the canteen then bring the food with conveyor belts? That would give you a lot more space for the kitchen, and the side rooms aren't really being used for anything better...
Hi dylan, loving the series, for the night shift teams it's beneficial to use 'Night Owl' trait fo that they will be good on night shift with minimal complaint. (first comment ever)
Just bought this game. I bought the IP for an Office app for like $10M, developed a new version, and immediately sold the IP for $110M. Was a bit surprised, to say the least.

Not sure if it's possible, but I'd add a bridge on the top floor of each building that connects each building.
Need security cameras for all the doors, helicopter delivery
Automatic update, marketing and porting team to like top largest systems and grow the stars to be recognised in the industry
I feel like top floors as proper canteens would be great!
And I feel like meeting rooms with a great view could also fit amazingly
Considering previous series, I'm doubtful on the fire safety.
Just a couple things I think you missed or maybe you will be including in the central skyscraper.

Noticed this too!!
Dylan and forgetting to set up employee benefits until *after* someone retires/dies, name a more iconic duo
Dylan and forgetting to use his own products for other products
dylan and forgetting about fire safety, then tanking millions in fines
Almost 2 hours??? Thats a mega bonus!
@29:28 Those central corridors and leader offices are looking very "manly"
@RealCivilEngineer would be proud of all "THE STRONGEST SHAPES"

I think a cross over from the 4 buildings into a tower would look interesting. Then you would have more office space.
please give ur receptionists chairs! (it seems like that would be important)
for meetings, i don't think you need 4 reception desks you could utilize those spaces in the other 3 buildings and get loads more space. maybe even make different floors cafeterias/security rooms/ meeting rooms, etc.
Almost 2 hours of Software Inc? I'm here for it.
The stairs in the atrium make more sense, along with elevators IMHO.
Magnolia County residents and tourists wanted to see this building as attraction especially when they appear at the hit game Software Inc
Wrong series. Columbia county, magnolia county is CPP
Can't believe this company is headquartered in the county I live in! I love that.
I live in Magnolia County btw.
You need more security because you have 3 security desk so 3 for desk ,1 in front and back
So you need 20 for 1 building👍👍
Dylan, don't forget to assign research to your research team! Wait until January to get a headstart on the competition though!
Awesome HQ btw.
Don't forget to put the cameras in and security on the atrium floor as well
Having only 6 bathrooms on the first floor for the whole office is baffling to me, but hey, they're your employees.
a top Auditorium as an meeting room woul be nice imo
Assign security guards to the balcony to protect the awards.
You can combine the two office rooms into one big open aired room instead of splitting them into two teams
The build may have been longer than the normal timelaspe but I love seeing what went into the office design
Eeek been waiting for this episode & getting an almost 2 hour long one?! Talk about an amazing end to the weekend!

building in the rural area actually makes a nice change. love it.
Don't forget you got to build a warehouse so you can do your printing jobs off to the side of the building
Put some picnic tables in the center?
Fantastic video, but can not forget that the vending machines are not aligned in the reception👍
28:00 RCE would be proud 😂

Those TL offices ought to be for a new sports game, "Ball Games 2025."

2nd one as a dedicated server building to free up more rooms in the main building to use as meeting rooms.
Also id double the accounting & legal teams and spread them over 2 rooms
Hope you put these on the steam workshop :)
Dont forget to expand your teams to fill the number of desks in the rooms
Always love watching a nerdrosoft build!!
You should also get solar panels to keep costs down
Oh so you got to put in fire alarms for every room
Let's goo, always an exciting start to my day to see a new Software Inc video
Just FYI if you connect the building with a basement they will be counted as one building for Security cameras and utility purposes.
It's how I went about making a "campus" style studio
Honestly I use basements alot for servers, security cameras and production lines.
Nearly 2 hours of software Inc! Gunna need snacks I think
You forgot to press apply when you were setting up the employee benefits
Such a great looking office for software inc great work
Drinking game idea. Drink whenever he says “that’s totally fine” lol
finally i was wating for the last 2 days or so for a new vid on software inc.! my day was just saved!!!.

Have a nice Sunday you all!
Your most important teams have less members, accounting, legal, and marketing. Try filling the rooms, especially the legal room
really poor utilisation of the heating and ac rooms i really wanted to see a underground central unit
You should connect the buildings with tunels from the first floor🎉
So many pillars and so little fire safety.
Have you considered expanding the legal team and/or maybe get a night shift for them so you can get that patent
i cant help but feel bella was a black sheep of the company😂😂
Is this going to be available for download soon?
Couldn't you put the Kitchen in the room right above the canteen then bring the food with conveyor belts? That would give you a lot more space for the kitchen, and the side rooms aren't really being used for anything better...
Dam a long one! Can’t wait to watch this. W
Why would you not do underground servers an underground kitchen?
Hi dylan, loving the series, for the night shift teams it's beneficial to use 'Night Owl' trait fo that they will be good on night shift with minimal complaint. (first comment ever)
Hey Dylan, you should try Project Hospital!
Damn you for making such amazing design work look so easy 😂
Just bought this game. I bought the IP for an Office app for like $10M, developed a new version, and immediately sold the IP for $110M. Was a bit surprised, to say the least.
1:15:51 it’s giving severance
Not enough bathrooms
love the series
can you build a sky bridge to connect all the buildings in this game?
Great video (as always)
voxel has over 500 bug you need to fix it.
Never Fails to 'accidently' draw Nadds and a Shaft...... Only at 30mins so dont know whether you noticed it later on....lmao
Yo, what if Nerdrosoft is like a real thing in Columbia County?
Yes, I have waited for this
Strongest shape-real civil engineer 🤣
Strongest shape 😂😂
FINALLY
Lol the strongest shape...
