I agree. Hide and seek never happened. He got in to be funny or for a dare and I actually think that’s why the suitcase was out in the first place - nothing else they were “donating” was in the area. She had a plan and trapped him in there and then laughed while he slowly died.

Amber heard did the same thing. Wrote a couple notes handed to her lawyer and people with good high def tvs said she wrote absolutely nothing and was just faking ah ha! Perry mason reactions to influence the jury into thinking a certain way. After the first day was over, Amber's male lawyer absolutely ignored the note passing game for the rest of the trial. It was pathetic.
The defense statement has some pretty bold statements for me. They told the jury that she lied under oath repeatedly on at least once occasion, but she won't lie on the stand... And she was so terrified of what he might do if he got out that she flipped the suitcase over specifically so he could get out.
If she was sooooo terrified of him, why didn't she run outta there when it appeared he couldn't get out of the suitcase? Run to the police or her ex and say she's scared. Never did it.
THANK YOU COURT TV! I'm so thankful that you muted the audio of the trial I came here to watch. While most of us hear these words many times each day in our daily lives, to hear them here on CourtTV (as we watch the trial about a man murdered torturously in a suitcase) would've been truly damaging to us. Thank you for sparing us from these sounds. PS--Having the presentation we're trying to watch totally screwed up by the ill-placed silences, is a small price to pay indeed.
If the “key to this case is those 11 minutes in between the videos” but Sara hand Owens says she doesn’t remember making the video , how can she testify to anything in between or after the video!!!!
It's kind of insulting that in 2024, Court TV decided to mute swear words, especially considering the topic/facts in this case are a million times more explicit.
I would say there is a good chance she was in an alcohol blackout of being in her subconscious alone in light of the amount they drank. How do you feel bad about something you don't remember. However, the loss of his life takes second to her disassociation of culpability.
You feel bad because of the catastrophic consequences, especially for your partner trapped for hours in a suitcase, of your actions while drunk. You feel very very bad if you have a shred of humanity.
Has the judge allowed her video of him suffocating inside the suitcase into evidence? One look at that and it’s definitely murder because he kept telling her he couldn’t breathe. He even called her ‘babe’ and she just laughed.

When a person plays hide and seek u don’t know where the person is! She zipped him in a suitcase!
Well this was a different version of hide and seek after she zipped him up she downed two bottles of wine and had to remember he was in the suitcase 🧳
@@matthewcunningham1190😂😂 Apparently I have been playing hide and seek wrong.
I have always felt that the whole “ hide and seek “, was just the first thing she could think of as an excuse for why Jorge was in the suit case. I think she got him in there by challenging him and saying if you can get in there and I am able to zip it up I’ll give you a b… j.. .. I think she was embarrassed to tell the police that.
I agree. Hide and seek never happened. He got in to be funny or for a dare and I actually think that’s why the suitcase was out in the first place - nothing else they were “donating” was in the area. She had a plan and trapped him in there and then laughed while he slowly died.
The world is insane
1:23 im sorry, but i had to start the video over to listen again. The reflection of those lights on that beautiful, round, chocolate head is just mesmerizing.
Why is there even a trial? Why is there all this money and resources spent on this evil woman? She’s guilty! Lock her up, she’s a lunatic!
Please ask Lawyers to stand near the podium which has a mike, struggling to hear them when they move around.
He cares more about talking to the jurors, not to us lol. Honestly you can still hear it if you turn up the volume
I have been in abusive relationships and I wanted to do harm to them but NO man, woman, God or Devil is worth going to prison for. I have become a lone wolf and better off for it. Many DV victims have not chose to get rid of their abuser. I have grown up with abuse my whole life.
103 pounds he weight? My bf is short and he weights 118 I feel he is so skinny cannot imagine 103??
My partner in hs was 100 lbs. Skinniest guy ever lol Now 40 years later he is 180 lbs haha
He’s 5’2 so very small. He might have been the real victim all along because she’s abusive as f***.
I was so upset you couldnt hear half of states opening statement aftee waiting all these years it was awful
Sarah seems like she couldn’t care less about Jorge dying. And I’d love to know what all she’s writing.
Just pretending, as probably suggested by her lawyer
Not intentional 😂
She's doing a narrative on the witness stand. She is so meticulous probably trying to write points for later for her narrative.
Writing her commissary order of Pop Tarts and juice
The prosecutor is awful at his job. This Opening sucks
I'm here, Sista & listening to open statements!
THANK YOU COURT TV! I'm so thankful that you muted the audio of the trial I came here to watch. It's just so damn thoughtful of you to spare us all from hearing those mean, nasty words, that would surely harm our virgin ear drums.
Sarah did not do CPR. He still had one arm on his stomach. Recordings of her talking to dispatched are clear and no huffing and puffing can be heard.
The audio is horrendous. Practically unlistenable.
Very smart to have the suitcase boxed right in front of the jury box. That's going to work on both the jury and on I got straight A's Sarah Boone.
If the “key to this case is those 11 minutes in between the videos” but Sara hand Owens says she doesn’t remember making the video , how can she testify to anything in between or after the video!!!!
How could she possibly think she’ll be acquitted?
Some folks never thought OJ or Casey Anthony or Rittenhouse would be acquitted. You never know with a jury.
@@otrnam1anyone with a brain thought Rittenhouse should/would have been acquitted
Omg so it’s really happening..It’s been put off so long I was convinced it’d never goto trial
I’m so excited!
Why are there two people on each side of the judge? I've never seen that before.
Law students are around the judge.
Unpopular opinion: I don’t care about the audio. As long as the jury can hear him. That’s all that matters.
It's kind of insulting that in 2024, Court TV decided to mute swear words, especially considering the topic/facts in this case are a million times more explicit.
please let her get more time than the plea deal they offered her! she deserves the book thrown at her.
Wouldn't you think this day and age they could have clip on lapel mics or something. When they're walking around you lose the sound. 🙄
Very interesting hearing about the size of the wine bottles! I wondered how she got so drunk on 1 bottle. 🇦🇺
Mega bottle 😂😂
@@williamchauncey8100 correct! 😂😂
The sounds been sucky a lot.. They should have fixed that for the trial knowing the amount of people watching virtually is gonna be huge..
That's not the court's concern.
I don’t agree. If it’s being live streamed the public deserve to be able to hear every word. Think of how clear the Johnny depp/heard case was.
All the extra racket that the microphone is picking up is very ANNOYING.
Never saw anywhere the size of the bottles they drank. Good to finally know.
What was the size? I missed that..
@@trudyedwards5311 1.5 Litres each. The magnum size.
@@trudyedwards5311..Magnum size bottles of wine 1.5 litres 😮
cant believe she didnt take that deal
Why is this edited to not include the curse words??
Stop censoring the audio. I will not watch your video's if you continue to censure.
I bet court TV is shaking in their boots at your threat.
No one cares.
@@Hopes91lollll
They had a mega & a half bottle of wine!😅😢
Haha I see what you did there 😂
The audio is TERRIBLE.
Not a good day for Sarah . Neighbors hated her.
How on earth are they going to use self defense?
She's going down HARD. Mark my words.
Boone didn’t allegedly film two videos, she did.
Kicked her in the eye ? She doesn't have a bruise 😂what a liar
How disappointing we can barely understand what he's saying! We've been eagerly waiting for this trial to begin. This is not a good sign. 😐
Not once have i deen her cry or say sorry and dhe misses jorge...not once not one tear!!!
You feel very very bad if you have a shred of humanity.
if she truly loved him, she would still be devastated about his passing. she never cared about him.
You are asking people to pay, when you can't get a good feed with good sound, not happening.
Lol. Like it’s their fault he’s walking away from the mic? You do know the point of a criminal trial is justice, not your entertainment, right?
It's 2024 and audio is this poor?!
Has the judge allowed her video of him suffocating inside the suitcase into evidence? One look at that and it’s definitely murder because he kept telling her he couldn’t breathe. He even called her ‘babe’ and she just laughed.
Yes. The suitcase video is allowed in. So is the interrogation video.
she requested snacks and 2 juice box she just to crazy she starring in her own movie , hide and seek
can’t wait for her to take the stage,
She made a motion to allow her to have snacks 😅😅 long day, I guess. DENIED 😊😊
Everyone gets lunch. So she can have her lunch when everyone else does. Im sure hers is behind bars and nothing like anyone else's. 😂😂😂 No one else is snacking in the court room. Why does she think she should be allowed. This is not Depp and heard trail. 😊😅 she is truly a piece of work. She is going down the road for years and years. She has brought so much hate in last 4 years. This judge will throw the book at her.. I pray he does. She should of took plea deal..
Jeez Court TV. Its 2024. There are multitudes of ways to get microphones that can pick up sounds far better. But we have to strain to hear and listen to papers shuffling and stapling. Its real amateur stuff
Terrible audio in that courtroom
They only ask witnesses very few questions, like what is happening here... I couldn't wait to hear from her ex, and he wasn't on the stand 15 minutes WTH?
In and out for quick submitting things into evidence. but I think they said he can be recalled at any time once it gets juicy.
He is subject to recall.
People came with their suitcases and hatcases and one time, this fellow had himself a guitar case.
Nice I see what you did there 😂
I cant wait for the True Crime Loser video on this, it's gonna be one for the books!
If he ever posts again 😢
@@heidisymonds4382 he posts frequently for someone with a new baby, maybe he’s waiting for the trial to end before he starts recording (since he’s not daily uploading like a docket watcher, if he just did a video now the information would be outdated in a few hours and be all that we have to enjoy until he gets some time to perform and upload again)
Love TCL ❤️ He’s just checking his pictures. It’s been a million years.
It’s 2024 !!! NO EXCUSE for horrendous audio !!’
That's my name don't wear it out
The audio of the prosecutor's opening argument.. it's terrible. WTF. Come on court room people...get your damn audio working
it's 2024! why are they still not able to get it right with the audio!! Come on!
As *horrific* as what I’m about to say sounds, but her recording herself taunting and mocking Jorge while he was trapped was the best decision she could’ve made to do, because it SHOWS what REALLY happened!! There is no defense for what she did to him, absolutely none!!‼️‼️ she will be convicted, I have no doubt about it! They should make her watch those video clips in prison everyday she’s there! I hope hearing Jorge plead to her haunts her FOREVER!!
I knew they were drinking those big as* sized bottles of wine . Glad it was confirmed .
So more like 6 ordinary sized bottles of wine!
I can't believe the ex husband let her stay in his house the night after she killed someone. 🫢
@@loushark6722I think she had custody of her son that night. He probably didn’t want her alone with him
That day she did not show a single tear for gorje 😏She cared more abaut the dogs than the boyfrend
Jorge weighed only 103? Wonder how tall? That is a very small man. No wonder he could fold up in a suitcase. Poor guy hooked up with such a nutcase…
5’2” tall. Very small man.
Will we ever see the "book" she is writing?
😂😂😂
If it’s written the way she speaks: no thanks. I already have a thesaurus.
