Our 2020 UX200 has been flawless for 45,000. First, this is NOT a family hauler. It's perfect for a single person or a couple. Otherwise, buy an NX or bigger. Handling is surprisingly crisp and nimble. For joy riders it's slow. But I love the 34 mpg average from day ONE. And it is gorgeous!
I agree! I couldn't let myself by the rx because of the gas mileage. I love my ux200. It gets a combo of 33.3 mpg. It's from 2022 and it's amazing. I feel like I'm not missing out on the hybrid versions
Would you recommend financing a lexus with 62k miles? Im down to 2 cars 2021 ux200 base34k $26,000 Or 2019 es350 base62k $26000 Is it safe going with 2 year older car with more m8les to get a better car with a 6cylinder?
Thx for the review. I was looking for a review from a CT owner viewpoint. I will soon sell my gt86 in order to take either a ct or a ux. And i can’t choose, i feel like the ux in hybrid worth the extra 10k used. But the CT seems a more clever choice. But the CT lack of power, and im afraid to be frustrated about it.
Had one of these as a loaner and hated it, did not feel premium at all and was painfully slow! With the amount of competition today, there’s no excuse for a luxury vehicle to be so underwhelming it almost seems as if they put zero effort into engineering this car other than the styling..
I leased a UX250h, it's nice but they should have at least released it with a decent size trunk. The Hybrid tech is not talked about enough too considering it only gets 1 electric mile. I will say it holds value, smooth to drive, and super comfy. I leased my F-sport UX based on $36K price tag and nearly approaching 3 years it holds a value of $27K, and at the end of the lease its residual is $21K.
@@gsgcarreviews I have decided to keep it. I am almost at 30K miles clean title and in good condition. It holds a decent amount of value so I'll either try to sell it private party or trade it in in a year or so. The new RZ450e has my attention but I want to hear the reviews first when it comes out.
@@gsgcarreviews it's Lexus' first EV here in the states so I am curious to either make the switch if it is in my price range or just hold onto my UX hybrid. It will be released late this year so I'm keeping my eyes and ears peeled and of course leaving my options open.
I've had my ux200 for 2 yrs and I get 40mpg highway. No regrets not getting the hybrid. I don't wanna have to deal with a battery that dies over a span of time
I’m sure you’ve figured it out, but anyone seeing this, it’s not on there. You have access to the AC button via the menu on the screen lol. It’s annoying that there’s no button.
@@darroncrick9993 Hi Darron, I just bought 2022 UX 200 and it does not have spare, i am trying to get parts, would it be possible if you can send me pictures of the spare tire area and size. I will highly appreciate it. TIA
Just purchased this car yesterday. Quite an upgrade from what I have been driving.
Love to hear! What was it previously
Me too considering buying, quite and upgrade from my legs.

Can u give us a after a year video. Maybe a a few sentences of mpg cost and maintenance cost and any things noticed
Is it cramped in the back for passengers?

You got that right! It's completely spacious and I'd argue it has more room than the NX. Although you feel more road noise with the UX

Forgot to mention this model takes regular ⛽️
I was wondering about that. Thanks!

I've reviewed both and I personally prefer the CT. It wouldn't be too different for the gt86 because it's also a "slow car." Were you able to decide
@@gsgcarreviews Still not, I'm selling my GT next month and my wife want a NX because she want a kid.
@@gsgcarreviews why do you prefer the CT over the UX?
Smaller, handles better and mpg is comparable to the UX model. The cargo space in the UX isn't much greater than the ct
Great review! I am leasing one tomorrow so this was right on time.
absolutely rubbish, this dude has no clue about cars.
Hope you have a better day
Appreciate it! How's the car treatin' yah
This actually has a cvt.. not a 10 speed..

Hmm I can see where you're coming from and do agree. Mid-20k is perfect for this model

I totally agree on cargo space, I guess this is why it has a lot of rear leg room? That's awesome, did you decide to keep or sell it?

Your welcome! Hope it helped
Seems like a SUV Camry and I love it!
Big time
Your thoughts. I’m thinking about buying a use one with 32k mileage for $25k . Good or bad deal ?
I have the same question?
Great deal !
What year? For 2021 that sounds good
Why is there no cheaper Toyota variation of this car? They would probably sell pretty good if that existed.
Toyota CHR is the closest to it. Maybe the Corolla Cross too
True that
I'm wondering if paying extra 15% for hybrid is worth if I mostly drive on higways 50-90 mph. What do you think?
Well thinking of it as an investment, IT IS because it retains its value more! However it goes down to how many miles you drive as well :)

I LOVE lexus.
Hi, does the vehicle have a spare tire?
i'm not so sure about ux200. but i own a 2021 ux 250h, and they do NOT have a spare tire since they use run flat tires
@@wwdd83 ux200 does not come with a spare either.

Also it is only a spacesaver but that is still 1,000,000x better than being stuck in the middle of nowhere with no spare....
Video is all dark, couldn't see a thing
Brighten your screen buddy

First off, great job on your review.
That being said, just seems like the worst car Lexus has put out. Never seen one here though.
The BEST CAR in the WORLD.

GREAT WOMAN designed this Lexus ux.
Really?
@@gsgcarreviewsyeah bro it was designed by a woman. Which is a first for Lexus.
That explains its short cummings
