We have a 2020 UX200. 35k flawless miles. 31mpg from day#1. It handles in our rugged Mojave Mtns beautifully. Acceleration is a bit slow, but it has NEVER been a problem. I'm a sports car guy, but I'm really impressed by this car.👍
I'm a Toyota hatchback guy. I think I'd be ok with this. I'm most concerned with reliability and quality suspension. How do you feel about the suspension? Can you feel potholes and cracks in the road? I just upgraded to premium shocks on my hatch but it's still just a smidgen below the comfort I'm looking for. It's a shame because it's so close but I guess that's the difference between economy and luxury.
7:26 sry but here you got a misunderstanding ! A Toyota/Lexus Hybrid cvt is not a "cheap" regular belt driven cvt !! They call it a e-cvt and its out of planetary gear sets which are much more robust and reliable !
If they gave it the 2.0L turbo from the IS or NX and played with the styling a bit to look less docile In the front and more SUV on the sides then it’d be a super competitive option
Many reviewers hating on the trackpad, is there anything in the settings to reduce its sensitivity? Other than that I think it’s a fabulous car that makes its competitors look soo boring.
Hi. I really enjoy your video and your explanation. Do you feel the gear change after start moving vehicle to higher speed ? is it normal with 2019 UX200 ? Thank you
It sounds like your break even point will be pretty far into your ownership. Also… your trip to the highway should be more efficient than with a gas only model, put that into your decision making as well
I don't understand why would anyone fiddle with the screen/entertainment system while driving. You're suppose to look at the road only. For your own safety.
Yeah I strongly agree with you ,,, at least music would be enough,, I have seen people playing videos in their cars ,, I don’t know how do they focus!!!

Do you guys recommend this as first car?
I'm wondering if paying extra 15% for hybrid is worth if I mostly drive on higways 50-90 mph. What do you think?

Is it possible to link an android phone to this vehicle?
Yes 2022
Thanks for the heads up about the polarized glasses and the hud

I have this model but where i find lane departure??
It's on the steering wheel and also on the settings where the odometer is at.
Does the car have Android Auto???
What do you mean about that?
Yes there are choices for your phone
No A/C button?
It’s pretty much a CHR I actually really dig it though
NEVER ! I drove both now and i can tell you the CHR is a good level below the UX !!!
@@kubanskiloewe i agree
I heard the hybrid is Better
Why? you're just going to have a bunch of extra tech and a battery to go bad in the future. More cost and less reliability in the long run.
@@craigmak yup.i agree.
The touch pad is like using a phone.. Doesn't seem like a safe feature. I'm meh on any car under the 200hp mark.
Can't consider a car without Android Auto.
