Most tutorials ain’t on c makes it complex and makes it looks hard for beginners
I would love if some of your new tutorials are on key c makes it easy to learn on other keys

How is it F Minor 9 if there is no C? Out of curiosity

Chris Booth Where exactly in the video are you referring to?....You can play an f minor 9 chord but exclude the 5th (the C) from the chord. Just like you can play a rootless f minor 9 chord and exclude the F from being played.

The fifth (C, in the case of F minor) serves the purpose of stabilizing the chord. The third (Eb, in the case of F minor) determines wether the chord is minor or major :)
