Just to make a point that the BGA haven’t gone their brand and business mode has evolved as it’s been very successful in raising awareness of shot game meats. The BGA, contrary to the beliefs of some has done an incredible job selling our shot game into hundreds of new markets as well as marketing the meats. This was lacking prior to their inception. We’ll be seeing more from their team luckily. Wait till Monday for the facts via their social channels. Onwards and upwards/
I remember when nobody cared about shot game years ago on sale and we had an aisle in Sainsbury's etc for game birds a metre wide at best. If you lot think you are going to get supermarkets full of game you are living in la la land. It will never happen. They are afraid of antis. Our best best is export. Always has been.
The thing with shooting as a hobby is there is a gun for everyone. Buy what you can afford, look after it and it will serve you well. Don't be put off by the fancy quirky guns, shoot as well as you can and enjoy the sport in whatever form you shoot.
British game alliance is gone? Always thought it was a con money maker and the guy who was a vegan preference Labour voter and think from memory the wage was 85k
