Jittleyang, also written Jikkuhlang, and Fuhuhluhtoogan, also written Fuhuhlatoogan, are Baltimore slang terms from the Maryland city that originally went viral in the Baltimore Accent Rap Song, aka "City Girls" by Bippleyipsnipp. Bippleyipsnipp, real name Richard Webster, is a Baltimore barber and rapper who popularized the terms starting in 2021. After his song went viral in 2023 and earned meme attention on Instagram and TikTok, usage of his slang terms continued into 2024, predominantly going viral via the question, "Are you a jittleyang or a fuhuhluhtoogan?" spreading on TikTok.

so I can provide some context for juttleyang. A few months back, Tiktocker Dahoodjaquan posted a TikTok with a Roblox character rapping a song in gibberish. The first lyrics were, “First off futel yew de my jittleyangs.” The toogieloogie song has been on UA-cam for ages, but the first short or video on UA-cam with Jittleyangs was posted by… me, in February. From there several people likely found the songs from TikTok or UA-cam and thus the trend begins. Shame my funny joke video has become brainrot
