    Wonderful recipe! I'm Pescatarian so I would replace the chicken stock with dashi, and the pork with cooked Adzuki beans.

    Love your recipes! I have been looking for a larger donabe and love this one. Do you know if it also be used safely on an induction stove - or only a gas stove? (The website mentions gas stove and use in the oven.)

    Hello, in one of your videos you use a plate with holes for steaming. When I look in the purchase section I do not see this plate?

    so it is safe to brown these ingredients in these pot? I thought these pot has to have liquid in them when you cook, otherwise they crack. Please explain.

    They are just sautéed (not being browned), so it's normally safe with authentic Iga-yaki donabe:-)
