  • Lots of hype about NV Car Care. Let’s take a look at some of their products. NV Car Care is an Australian company that hit the USA by storm and now I’ve been able to secure a few of their products.

    This is my favorite car care line , I’ve used Lustre with Jet over for almost a year now ( not durability wise) I just bought Glass lite . Snow and snow + are awesome ! I’m going to buy next NV purge for my wheels. Jet is crazy hydrophobic, great video BTW

      @DetailingBreakdown  3 роки тому +1

      I’ve seen a few like u said. The durability is in the Lustre at 6 months while Jet is 3. I doubt any will hold up to torture tests but I don’t like that to much. I want real world driving and washing tests. We will see how it goes in the next 2 months or before if washing takes it off.

      Jet is definitely more chemical resistant. Lustre was no slouch but a bit behind Jet. Lustre is for gloss but with the naked eye I couldn’t notice the difference. Stacking them with Lustre on bottom of Jet didn’t help much in either department. I’d stick with either as a base and use Boost on top of either. If I had to stack again I would try Jet as the base and Lustre on top then Boost. But in all honesty, Jet plus Boost would be my combo as of now. Hope that helps. By the way, the Products are excellent and whichever u buy will be a good choice.

    How did these fare over the following months? Also, What do you think are the best looking SIO2 or Graphene spray products? Many say Lustre is one of those. To me best looking, rich depth, is most important because I top up routinely. Great vid and Big thx!!

    • @DetailingBreakdown
      @DetailingBreakdown  2 роки тому

      These products are top notch. Should grant u 4-6 months depending on weather and driving conditions.
      I think they are all pretty similar in depth and gloss. It’s your paint correction that will bring out the depth and gloss. Toppers will actually bring down really nice paint in perfect or almost perfect condition.
      Have u tried Xtreme Solution Topper? Tech Choice 582 is also great.
      I’m more of a slickness person. But the glossy paint is important.

      Hi. I have been using the products now for close to two years. I actually got them shipped from Australia. So happy that they now have a US distributor. The shipping cost was ridiculous. I use Lustre then top with Jet then use Boost after maintenance washes. Lustre is easier to go own. Jet is a little stickier when applying. Boost is a breeze. I have tried Purge. Very effective wheel cleaner but a strong smell. Snow+ worked well. Not as foaming in my opinion as Chemical Guys Honeydew but did a nice job stripping the car. With both sprays you just need to be careful about applying too much. Just a few sprays per panel is sufficient. No harm spraying too much other than your wallet. The bottles are small. I would recommend watching Car Craft Auto Detailing channel. Sandro has done some head to head comparisons against many other products. After seeing his review I was determined to try them out. I originally ordered just the two products and the vendor in Australia threw in Purge for free. The one thing the US distributor does not carry is their 4 season towels. I believe that is name. They are plush on one side and flat on the other. You wipe on with the plush side and wipe off with the smooth.
      This was a good review. Matches my experience.
