About period, I was on birth control for about 6 years, and I decided to truly take a break in the beginning ish of 2020 and when I tell you that it took me a year or so to regulate it, I am not lying. It was a crazy ride, I have pcos that I am still learning to regulate. It’s hard, but it was the best choice that I made

I want to start off by saying I love your videos and I really appreciate you being open about coming off of birth control and your cycle! As someone who had been on birth control for a while throughout my teen years and now trying for a baby with my husband it’s refreshing to hear others talking about these topics. I unfortunately have endometriosis and have had two losses however this encouraged me to go and make an appointment to get some testing done to see if there may be something else going on as well!🤍

Hi! I just want to say when you read those lyrics..I almost lost it. I’m actually going through a hard season and for awhile it has been hard to worship too but that song is what brought me back. I listen to it and sing to it on my drives and that very part of the song is what had touched my heart. The one thing that worked for me to regulate my cycle is taking a teaspoon of MCT oil every day. I just put in in with my coffee and froth it with whole milk, you don't even know it's there. It also decreases post coffee jitters, and has many other health benefits.

It definitely takes a long time which is so frustrating to balance out hormones… I came off the depo provera in January 2020 and only am I starting to get bleeding / very light period now in sept 2022.. I had been getting hormone blood tests. I also have endometriosis, PMDD and prolactinoma. It’s never easy x

I first heard this song when Bethel was on the Outcry tour in 2018, shortly after my first breakup and a couple weeks before my grandma passed away. When it felt like my life had noticeably less love in it, this song reminded me of God’s love and just how incredible and unconditional it truly is. That bridge played out and it was the only time I cried that night bc I was SO overwhelmed with His love and presence. I’m so glad you were so touched by this song too! ❤️
