I don't have a smoker like this anymore. Had a pellet Smoker but the feeder gear broke and it went on backorder during covid and has now since been discontinued. So I'm stuck doing Dutch oven ribs. Which still works fantastical by the way. Big fan of ribs here. It's in my blood since I'm from the south
Fascinating puck style. You got me wondering if you could possibly fashion your own similar to bullet-making or cigarette-packing somehow (clearly I have limited experience with either!). Never been a huge fan of ribs because they can be so messy but this has the capacity to change my mind........................ I can smell them from here!
ya silver skin has to be removed. ya knife lover and sharpener here too. (edge pro deluxe ceramics) I use to make my own dry rub from a book . "Wild Wills butt rub" but Walmart now carries essentially the same thing. Because its only 4 hours I do wings and ribs at the same time. I eat the wings the same day and think I like the ribs the next day better. Cheap italian dressing on the raw wings and sauce them before removing them to camalize the sauce.
