No, he got second because it wasn't the authors intent. I love Harry Potter but this is literally the FUNNIEST HI I have ever seen! My team always talks about it.

When we watched this in class apparently he got 2nd because he got so crazy and broke a few rules. when he was dancing apparently he stepped out of the circle, and during the splits he hit the ground.

The great Nathan Rarick, everybody.
It seems like he's using lots of things that are not from the book (eg the words to his Phantom of the Opera song, "Mirror/Reality"... etc). I was under the impression that adding original work to a HI is plagarism and against the rules.

I'm a forensics coach, and this is the best HI I've ever seen in my entire life! I'm curious to see who won 1st if he won 2nd! This is fabulous for teaching.
I met him this summer, he worked with me on my HI. He's phenominal
