"rock solid" is not what I would call Singapore banks when services were down for 3 to 4 days recently for one of the major banks. Also, negative news recently regarding other major banks. In fact, it's worrying considering the news and I watch this channel to see where's a safe place to park money (nevermind the interest rates).
I think considering the world as a buffet is a really responsible way of placing your efforts, you've extended your thought to the ENTIRE WORLD to try to maximize your outcomes, its really being conscientious.
Singapore had a terrible lockdown. Andrew why don’t you ever bring that up? People should know which country went totalitarian and which did not. Why is this a topic that you ignore???
Everyone has a narrative...even Mr. Henderson. I agree; Singapore has great banks, but I would have rather spent the last 2 years in Mexico being allow to surf, ride a bike, and not wear a useless diaper on my face.

How can I buy real estate If i’m a freelancer with no tax residency, and don’t want to compromise it? Not buying it in name, but in name of an international company ?
Hi Andrew. Will you be doing any research for the continent of Africa? Have looked at countries like Kenya, Botswana, Namibia, Zambia, South Africa, Senegal and The Gambia? Also Mauritius and Zanzibar? Mozambique is very up and coming and safe.
Been to Botswana and South Africa 30 years ago. From my experience, Botswana was really humble and nice, but still under developed, I'm sure that's changed now. South Africa was amazing! Lots to see and do, has a european charm. Less safe than Botswana, but not terribly.
@@Milestonemonger I worked with a guy who has South Asian /British heritage who cannot get enough of Botswana. He's into property and is literally planning to move his family out there as soon as he hits a certain passive income amount. I live SA but not necessarily safe everywhere but if you learn the dos and don'ts it's definitely a place to be. Also with the nomadic Capitalist ideology it's not necessarily to live there 100% of the time. Also depends if you have children. Alot of ppl of European descent love Cape Town but that's also a really obvious place for crime because of wealth disparity. Like living in California. I know someone who invests in property there and its booming but I wouldn't live there permanently.
Mauritius yey but climate change? I've lived in several but off to Morocco. You can smuggle yourself to Lanzarote if anything happens, but its friendly, quite liberal and tolerant, and really determined to improve its lot.
@@nomadcapitalist Thank you. There are high net wealth Africans and I learnt they are looking at Caribbean citizenships. What Im not clear on is does a temporary residency allow you to work in another country eg within Schengen zone. Or does temp residency only allow employment within that country?
Thank you, Gus! The videos about investing in Colombian real estate and another one about real estate on Caribbean islands will come out next week. Here is the tour of my Bogota apartment: ua-cam.com/video/Y9L4VgiL0_Y/v-deo.html
I watched the video on the Colombia apartment and then the one on Montenegro. I found a few years ago a couple of apartments in Montenegro for under 50k USD. I really liked 2 of them. I had only one issue, travel expenses. I am hesitant on Colombia but could see Panama as an option. Can't wait for the Carribean video!
You are not a European fan. Perhaps is for their high taxes. Countries are like restaurants. Good food with good ambiance charge more . What is money good for if cannot be spent a good life. If is not home why compromise. Unless you are an adventurist in your 20s you must go some where that is safe in all aspects , good climate , good food , cultured with good standard of living . Is South America is in that category? Is south east Asia in that category? Life is too short to be cheep. Go where you are treated best. Don’t be cheap! There is a saying that says I am not rich enough to buy cheap stuff.

Hello sir , can hold both British and American citizenship at the same time as an African
Hi David! Yes, if your African citizenship country allows dual citizenship. UK and USA allow dual citizenship.

But your money can buy you those in a lesser known country with more freedoms
if Europe was a restaurant, they'd charge you 15€ + 20% VAT on the bread rolls you didn't ask for
Look at these WEF globalist are doing to European countries, open borders that have caused crime to sky rocketed and high taxes,no thanks
The tax in France makes me literally faint, but the benefits are incalculable. Also, if you're in a grouchy mood, no-one notices.
