So before in the comments, you asked me what I thought of the bts. I'm going in-depth in my "review" of the final video and the BTS as I just shot over 500 photos for the current stopmotion I am working on. I need a mental break so here I am.
1. The beginning doesn't introduce baseball right away in my opinion. Yes, I'm not person who watches much baseball, but I know what the sport is and the field. To me, it looked like another gym shoot video.
2. It feels like just a bunch of B-roll from 0:08
0:13 The "jump" into the main part of the video took a little long. If this was on TikTok, I'd swipe. It takes as little as two seconds to hook someone in and as little as half a second for someone to go onto the next recommended video.
3. Who picked the music? The music sounds pretty generic. Like it needs something. This gives me 5 minute craft backround music vibes. This sounds like something Dyson did ngl. I'm not a song writer nor do I critic the artist but it is the same beat, on a loop. It needs more variety to keep me (or anyone) a little more interested.
4. I just keep feeling that b-roll effect. What I think would fix this.
-Having a coach or players voice over
-More upbeat music
-Giving Dyson a raise
You had a variety of shots which was fire!
1:46 Why rent (since your not in Kyle's big boy truck) a Mercedes without a spare tire?
I suggest renting a Prius. Under Dysons name, no question.

8. @3:30 what the specs man? My guess 100 iso, maybe 200 bc of inside. High F stop not above 8. Shutter Speed roughly 1/50th unless you filmming 60 fps. Idk if y'all shoot 120fps for those shots.

22. I do stopmotion and regular video. Also photo. I need to branch out of stopmotion. Or just stick to food animation. I needa make a good animation tbh. I don't hate it that much, it justs take so much time and in a day, I could be finshed with an actual video vs stopmotion taking months of work. Hella worth it no cap, but time consuming and hard to keep on task as a professional procrastinater.
