    Ahh just got an a7iii and always wondered what the Boxraw videos were shot on. Super cool!

    I personally like shooting action in 24fps but with a faster shutter speed, handheld, around 1/100. It gives it a filmic, gritty, crisp look and gets rid of the motion blur as well. I occasionally go 60fps/120fps as well but only for a handful of shots per shoot, when I know there's something really cool that I should focus on.

    One of the most underrated channels on UA-cam. The algorithm is clearly broken for your views and subs to not be way higher. Thanks for another great video. Keep up the epic content bud. (and a video on your approach with clients would be awesome, also maybe more info on your mistakes you made while getting into the industry you mention toward the end of this video). Cheers bro.

      Hey Daniel, for action sports or anything with fast motion if I'm using a camera with AF like the sonys I like using Autofocus on Zone and then using the dial to change the area of the zone for where my talent is at!

    So I just came across your video & I have been looking for a video to teach me how I can make my video clear and sharp, no blur background or whenever someone moves across the bride and groom.
    I realized that the type of weddings I film involves in a lot of movements and i have been filming in autofocus instead of Manuel.
    Please write be back and let me know what settings or what lens I should be filming in that environment
    I own Sony a7iii
    Zeiss 55mm
    And Tamron 28

    Cool vid fella. Can you do a vid on putting a price on types of shoots. What sort of price was this shoot worth if you dont mind me asking?

    • @ImJasonAnthony
      @ImJasonAnthony  5 років тому

      I'm going to do a Q&A soon I'll be sure to answer this! My normal day rate is $500 without editing Editing for the first 2 hours is $250 and after that $100 per hour. It's all situational on the client/ what they want. I'm flexible depending on the situation.
