  • Ingredients:
    Pineapple Jam:
    2nos Ripped pineapples
    2nos Semi-ripped pineapples
    1no Cinnamon stick (10cm)
    4nos Cloves
    200g Castor sugar
    50g Brown sugar
    Cookie Dough:
    (Approximately 42nos)
    350g Plain flour
    2tbsp Custard powder
    1tbsp Milk powder
    1/2tbsp Baking powder
    250g Unsalted butter
    30g Icing sugar
    2nos Egg yolks
    1/2tbsp Vanilla essence
    1tbsp Water

    This is on my list of things to make. I’ve ordered and received my mould. Can’t believe I paid £10 for a mould when I could have used your simple hack.!
