Please please look up Tim and Celeste on UA-cam and Instagram. There story is really heartbreaking. They’ve had 7 years infertility, failed surrogacy journey and 6+ miscarriages. They’re from Australia and beautiful people. Today Celeste released a video saying they’re turning to embryo adoption and I immediately thought of this video
Thank you for sharing your story, I’m so glad to see other people considering this option. My husband and I have one son and are still considering whether we would like a second child. Regardless, the decision is coming eventually, only we have 17 embryos left so it’s a little overwhelming to think about, sometimes wish we had fewer, though I’d have never said that during IVF. Good luck deciding
I love that you’re considering donating your embryos. We may soon be in a position where donor embryos are our best chance for completing our family, and we are beyond grateful that couples like you exist so we have that option. ❤️
I love your Authenticity and Realness, I think you guys are doing the best thing for your embryos. I too, didn’t get attach to my sweet Ivf baby that much until she was born.
Ayla and Caleb on You Tube had 3 embryos adopted from a donor family. They have one daughter and Ayla is pregnant with their second baby now. They communicate with the donor family and I think became friends with them. The donors have kids who are biological siblings of Ayla and Caleb's kids. They seem very happy about their situation.
As a family that experienced 7 years of IVF/infertility and only one embryo that made it to earth, I think it’s wonderful that you want to help a family. I unfortunately can’t do IVF again and I often feel guilt that our son will not have siblings. It’s a lot to think about but you and the family could decide how involved all parties want to be during the process. Your embryos are precious and many families would be so grateful to get a chance to raise them.
Yes, check out Ayla and Caleb. A Canadian couple who adopted 3 embryos and are in touch with the donor family. You could make someone's dream come true. I suggest contacting Ayla via UA-cam. God bless.
I would love to except 1 of them. Cause I'm struggling to stay pregnant. I think my eggs aren't good or strong enough for a full term pregnancy. I'm able too get pregnant, it's just staying pregnant is the problem..but whatever you all decide I hope you bless someone who is trying to grow their family or start a family..
Are your progesterone levels dropping during the pregnancy? Carissa Barzee on youtube she has both trouble getting pregnant and staying pregnant and I follow her on Instagram. She needed to take progesterone during the first part of her pregnancy before the placenta supplies the progesterone or she gets a miscarriage.
@@theshinythings123 my progesterone levels start dropping and then my estrogen levels start dropping and going crazy. And all the doctors I've seen, aren't listening to me.
Such a hard decision. No one knows what anyone is going through until they have walked in those shoes. It would be beautiful and scary all at the same time, I imagine. Did you have them genetically tested at the time? The embryo you keep, how to decide if it would be a boy or girl? There has to be so many questions running through your minds. Prayers that you are guided in the direction that is best for your family. What a very precious gift.
Thank you for the encouraging response!! We have 2 boy and 1 girl embryos left, so we would definitely adopt out a boy embryo first. Then who knows! There are a lot of unknowns still, so it will be interesting to see how it all unfolds :-)
Hi! I’ve followed you for a long time! Another channel beside Ayla and Caleb who were recipients is Eat Pray Crunch and they were donors. I did IVF and had 8 embryos left after we were done completing our family. Making the decision to donate was very hard for us for all the reasons you stated. We have so far donated 4 to an amazing couple we met on an embryo donation site NRFA. Also joined a FB group that has embryo recipients and donors on it and a page for donors only. It helped me to see the process and conversations from women in the same situation. Feel free to msg me if you have any questions. Best of luck!
Evil? Well look at my son and the joy he’s brought me that could have only came from IVF and tell me how thats evil? You clearly know nothing about infertility or the pain that it brings, count yourself as grateful but maybe try having more compassion for people who are less fortunate than you
@@scoop1871 yes playing gods will is not natural. IVF does not consider the children, only prospective parents. IVF children are gifts from God. But so many lives are lost in the process. 1 million frozen children in this country. That's not evil? Souls on ice. I am fortunate. I let Gods will be done. My one daughter is still outgrowing her ventilator and PH due to the premature birth. God bless, I will pray for you

Is the church you're in founded by Christ or man made?

I second this- Ayla and Caleb are very transparent of their embryo adoption journey.
Thank you for this!

Such great information, thank you! I will have to join sone FB groups for sure.
This is why IVF is such an evil in this world. They are children. Glad you decided to keep them alive and not kill them.
