Yep, Bentley For Men Intense is one of the best fragrances in my collection and, as you say, smells like it's a lot more expensive than it is. It's beautifully balanced and is nothing like the Sauvage/Aventus crowd. The boozy note is really well done and it feels so classy.
In terms of fragrance reviewers, you just shot up straight to my top 3, Aaron. I've been watching a few of your videos and haven't encountered anyone that can verbally dissect scents like this. You have made me rethink fragrances, like Bentley for Men, that I completely was talked out of. I'm also going to check out a few others just based on your reviews. Great work, Boss.

I have quite a few 80 to $100 bottles of designer fragrances and Bentley for men intense for the money cannot be beaten. I actually prefer this over many of my designer winter and fall fragrances. This will always be in my winter and fall fragrance rotation!

My word I have missed soooo much but anyway, I’m glad to have caught this one. I tried this during the South African summer and it was repugnant. Not faulting the fragrance or the perfumer but on my skin it just didn’t meld well. I then tried it again in winter and wow, the shock of my life. It was so beautiful and soft and boozy and it really jumped off for a decent amount of time. I’m not a fan of linear but this one kind of worked but unfortunately I didn’t pull the trigger just because it’s linear. Otherwise, I concur with you ATH. It does smell expensive for the price. If got a chance, review CK Euphoria Amber Gold for men. It's one of the best affordable fragrances ever. It's quite costly now because it is discontinued though.

I'd strongly recommend you to try Givenchy Gentleman EDP (very smoky and balsamic although I know you're not an iris fan) and Zadig & Voltaire This is Him (Sandalwood, vanilla, incense... Sounds just like your cup of tea). Wonderful scents at a really affordable price. Congratulations on your brilliant channel once again Mr. Unicorn
I have a hand painted grey background background im going to try and different colours after that. But I do like the colour and lighting. I wanted the focus to be on me. So hopefully we are getting the lighting, backdrop and sound all right now. ATH
i use this. when you buy it new the smell can be very over powering but if you leave for a couple of months , then it settles down. i look at the colour . new very rich deep colour. after a couple of months you will see it become a more subtle shade. the smell is wonderful and does fill a room.

Ok so update from my last comment. I couldn't wait for winter so I just bought it a month ago and this is a BEAUTIFUL fragrance. I have no idea how pple say its harsh, dank, strong, etc. I find the cologne to be soft, creamy, sweet and boozy. Maybe bcuz it's so well blended but I absolutely love this and cant wait to wear it in a few months
I've been on the fence for this fragrance for months, winter has come and gone and after multiple postive reviews I still wasnt sure as a blind buy. After watching your review I'm finally gonna pull the trigger next winter and buy a bottle of this. What can I say you sold me😎

Hey Aaron. There has been much buzz around Issey Miyake's darker fragrances such as Or Encens, Noir Ambre and Pulse of the night. They have all been hailed as having niche-like quality. I would love if you could take a sniff and reveal your expert opinion on them. Keep doing what you're doing. Your insights have been refreshing in comparison to most other generic fragrance reviewers out there.
Hmm, I think you are lovely--but I can't say the same for the bottle of Bently for Men Intense I received a couple weeks ago from an online blind buy. Everyone seems to love this fragrance so on my quest for finding a fragrance to love I tried it. Maybe I was sent a very old bottle or something. On me it is weak and entirely gone in 10 minutes. No one who I've asked to smell my wrist has even been able to detect it at all. I can not detect any of the ingredients it is said to contain. I smell some sweetness, a little incense, and when I sniff deeply I get only a chemical smell that makes me nauseous. Either I got a bad bottle of it or my body chemistry doesn't match it. I do like the shape of the glass bottle tho. I wish I had my $30 back to add more money with later to buy something else. I'll keep looking for the fragrance that seems to elude me.
Did you get a small sample spray atomizer ? If so that happens with me all the time. Stuff that comes in samples pale in comparison to the actual bottle for some reason. I've stopped buying samples they just don't represent the actual fragrance. It has to be at least 5ml.
Did you ask some other people if they are smelling it? Once I got Davidoff Adventure I thought it was weak and sprayed it 12 times and I thought it was gone after 30 minutes, and then I walked in the kitchen hearing my mom yelling from the living room that my fragrance was nice, I also asked friends whether they smell it and they did. There are some fragrances which you stop to smell yourself but they are still there for others to smell. Keep that in mind, there is nothing more annoying than becoming "The Cologne Guy" because you are wearing 15 sprays of a fragrance you thought is weak, while choking out everyone in the building.
@@Universal_Craftsman HI. Thanks. Yes, it was just old or had been in sunlight or heat.. Its fine though because it was so inexpensive. I'm old enough to know not to expect everything to be right. A friend has a bottle of it that smells like a regular strength fragrance. I have a super sensitive nose. I try mixing it with other scents to create something worthwhile. Hate to throw it away. But it's not the end of the world. More than 3/4 of the fragrance purchases I've made from discounters have been fresh and correct.. so it works out in the end.

Bentley for men intense is the best blind buy I have ever purchased (thanks to Joy Amin). I used to think it was woody then realized it was iris I was smelling. Perhaps iso naline 95? The mind can really trick you.
I wonder if I got a dodgy batch or something, because mine just stinks of booze. Like someone had just spilt cider on you and you can still smell it after a week on the floor.
That's interesting, I just got a sample of this from fragrance samples UK this week... I was surprised how much I liked it, maybe not an everyday fragrance for me but the rum I find awesome.
Mine was just £25 for 100ml and at first use I also thought it would not last. Sprayed at 6:45am to go to work at a bank and got a compliment at 14:30 :)

I love this, it’s vanilla favoured melted leather ice cream with a drizzle of cognac syrup topped off with peppercorns.

Ok so update from my last comment. I couldn't wait for winter so I just bought it a month ago and this is a BEAUTIFUL fragrance. I have no idea how pple say its harsh, dank, strong, etc. I find the cologne to be soft, creamy, sweet and boozy. Maybe bcuz it's so well blended but I absolutely love this and cant wait to wear it in a few months

I've been on the fence for this fragrance for months, winter has come and gone and after multiple postive reviews I still wasnt sure as a blind buy. After watching your review I'm finally gonna pull the trigger next winter and buy a bottle of this. What can I say you sold me😎
For the sake of €30 (or less) it is absolutely worth a blind buy imo.

Hey Aaron. There has been much buzz around Issey Miyake's darker fragrances such as Or Encens, Noir Ambre and Pulse of the night. They have all been hailed as having niche-like quality. I would love if you could take a sniff and reveal your expert opinion on them. Keep doing what you're doing. Your insights have been refreshing in comparison to most other generic fragrance reviewers out there.

Hmm, I think you are lovely--but I can't say the same for the bottle of Bently for Men Intense I received a couple weeks ago from an online blind buy. Everyone seems to love this fragrance so on my quest for finding a fragrance to love I tried it. Maybe I was sent a very old bottle or something. On me it is weak and entirely gone in 10 minutes. No one who I've asked to smell my wrist has even been able to detect it at all.
I can not detect any of the ingredients it is said to contain. I smell some sweetness, a little incense, and when I sniff deeply I get only a chemical smell that makes me nauseous. Either I got a bad bottle of it or my body chemistry doesn't match it. I do like the shape of the glass bottle tho. I wish I had my $30 back to add more money with later to buy something else. I'll keep looking for the fragrance that seems to elude me.
Did you get a small sample spray atomizer ? If so that happens with me all the time. Stuff that comes in samples pale in comparison to the actual bottle for some reason. I've stopped buying samples they just don't represent the actual fragrance. It has to be at least 5ml.
Did you ask some other people if they are smelling it?
Once I got Davidoff Adventure I thought it was weak and sprayed it 12 times and I thought it was gone after 30 minutes, and then I walked in the kitchen hearing my mom yelling from the living room that my fragrance was nice, I also asked friends whether they smell it and they did. There are some fragrances which you stop to smell yourself but they are still there for others to smell. Keep that in mind, there is nothing more annoying than becoming "The Cologne Guy" because you are wearing 15 sprays of a fragrance you thought is weak, while choking out everyone in the building.
@@Universal_Craftsman HI. Thanks. Yes, it was just old or had been in sunlight or heat.. Its fine though because it was so inexpensive. I'm old enough to know not to expect everything to be right. A friend has a bottle of it that smells like a regular strength fragrance. I have a super sensitive nose. I try mixing it with other scents to create something worthwhile. Hate to throw it away. But it's not the end of the world. More than 3/4 of the fragrance purchases I've made from discounters have been fresh and correct.. so it works out in the end.

The parfumer behind this fragrance is Nathalie Lorson, that have realized other great fragrance in fact she realized that all encre noir line, Givenchy gentleman, Cuir noir of Armani private line and other great fragrance. I hope that you try some of her work🦄

It's not a beast or a mammoth projection but I do love the very slight complexity that it offers. Bentley for men intense is the best blind buy I have ever purchased (thanks to Joy Amin). I used to think it was woody then realized it was iris I was smelling. Perhaps iso naline 95? The mind can really trick you.
I wonder if I got a dodgy batch or something, because mine just stinks of booze. Like someone had just spilt cider on you and you can still smell it after a week on the floor.
That's interesting, I just got a sample of this from fragrance samples UK this week... I was surprised how much I liked it, maybe not an everyday fragrance for me but the rum I find awesome.
I loved it. But I love vanilla, Benzoin and woods. It smells expensive. ATH
Mine was just £25 for 100ml and at first use I also thought it would not last. Sprayed at 6:45am to go to work at a bank and got a compliment at 14:30 :)
I just bought this today for $30(£22). It’s stellar! For the price it’s insane. Redmond’s me a bit of Nasomatto’s Duro.
Got one thing wrong. It’s generally got beast mode performance and good protection
Correct me if i am wrong, when this fragrance first came out it was priced at 150USD+ .This stuff smell expensive because probable it is :)
