I love Bentley for men EDT, the longevity and projection is great, I don't understand why the community doesn't speak of it as much as they do the intense.
I just bought this one last night and should be getting it from fragrancenet in the next couple of days. I mainly decided in this one because I love Intense and Absolute very much! The value is through the roof with these frags and I will eventually own the entire collection! Thanks for the honest review kind sir! Well done!
Great review. I love the Bentley line of fragrances as well. My personal favorite is Bentley for Men Absolute, which is my replacement for Gucci Pour Homme 1.
Extremely helpful, thank you Joy. I'm sitting debating getting this or intense. I saw Ross of TLTG saying that he prefers this over intense for its flexibility, but that having both isnt a bad idea. Its on amazon uk for £19.95, reduced from £60....so for me that price and your fantastic review has helped me choose this first
You described it perfectly. Power against beauty, Similar to Rasasi Shuhrah vs Rasasi daarej. Mine Bentely for Men is on his way to me :) I almost used up one of the three Bentley Intense.... So we'll add Bentley for men to the stock 😂 For me, Intense is still the first.
I went with this one over the intense based on your review. It was a blind buy either way. I think it smells good, but smells more for an older guy. I wouldn't wear this if you are in your 20s. Very unique smelling and nice for the price.
I prefer you 'small-time' reviewers, because to my mind many of you are more about the fragrances than the high-profile guys and less about--well--the high profile. Thanks.
Great review of an overlooked treasure, Joy. I am curious about the connection between Lalique and Bentley - does Lalique produce the Bentley line under contract, or is the perfumier overlap just coincidence? Both houses produce great value,
Lalique is owned by Silvio Denz and they produce the Bentley fragrances (also the bottles) having the right (they purchased it from VW Group that owns Bentley) to use the Bentley name. Bentley fragrances are owned by Lalique.
Interesting, on my skin the for men is louder and sweeter, whilst intense is more subtle (till it doesn't warm up) and more dry. Tried both for office, and intense is more versatile in my opinion :)
AronMay I also agree. I didn’t get a lot of rum in mine, it’s there but mine is very subtle. Leans more towards a more refined less whiskey version of CH PRIVE. I heard it was been reformulated as well. How is your projection and longevity on yours?

I m from pakistan. I jist buy bently for men today. The smell is very cool and boozy with some woody leather type of smell. Guys it smells like an old aftershave my father used when i was a kid "old spice". Overall, its an elegant smell. And the price is so cheap.

Great review brother. But be precise in your review. There must be segregation of content like intro, notes, fragrance type, any similarity, any alternative and final verdict. Almost first three minutes weren't related to this perfume.
It basically just dosen't have the smokey incense that intense does and the reason no one talks about it is they are just ok scents the entire line even intense is cheap and thats why people like it, if it were any more expensive no one would be buying or hyping it 🤷♂️ just the sad truth, in the realm of cheap scents its ok but I wouldn't pay more than what its going for now.

Lalique (that owns Bentley fragrances) are higher quality and have similar prices @discounters.
