As a speech therapist, this video is amazing, inspiring, educational, and I am AMAZED at your resilience and patience with yourself with your word finding difficulties. You have me in awe right now!!!
Kelconlain RTP I'm a soon-to-be Speech and Language graduate, I too find these videos amazing! So impressed to see how much progress you've been making in your therapy sessions and how hard you're working -- gives me hope that one day, I'll be able to help people in a similar situation!
GI GGIE She had a brain tumor removed and the tumor was in the portion of the brain that controls speech and language. Speech therapy is helping her grasp/relearn how to communicate what she is trying to get across. For instance, she seems to know what she is trying to say but the wrong word is coming out. She's doing an A+ job and has come so far since her surgery!
Gail Comiskey I can really relate to her because I have a stutter and I can get really low I struggle with words, especially when I film youtube videos and have convosations with people who don't know I stutter
The disappointment on your face when you say something wrong breaks my heart. Just the fact that you're trying is the most stunning thing. Everyone is so proud of you. You'll get there, so don't worry. All my love. X
CandiceGeorge Thank GOD someone was able to say what I was about to comment. I'm with you! It's so weird because I've never felt SO proud of a complete stranger ( barely found her channel a month ago). She is so freaking amazing! Can not wait for the next video to see how much better she's doing. I hope she leaves in all the "mess ups"...seeing her stop and figure it out and keep going is so beautiful. I'm so proud!
Aye Jae Exactly the same as me too! I only found her when she uploaded the "I have cancer" video. Been hooked on to her ever since. It is so weird to think that we are proud of a complete stranger but every time I watch her I get teary-eyed! I see her as part of my family when I watch her videos, haha. Thanks for your lovely comment :)
I will remember never to complain about my life ever again. You're one lovely creature I am giving you a major huge hug. Lovin you lady. You are inspiringly graceful and strong.
Julia Cochrane .... I'm sorry but I really hope I read your comment wrong, I'm extremely sorry if I misunderstood it, but you saying that there are other things to complain about BESIDES a BRAIN TUMOR, I'm sorry but I cannot fucking believe what you said, do you not know how serious that is?? But who am I to say your wrong right? But really that is extremely ignorant of you to say something like that, she has come a long way, and I am extremely happy for her and that she is done with radiation, this is the first video that I've watched of hers , and I understand where she's coming from because my little sister went through something like this, but you know what, she never made it so for you to say something like this to this beautiful strong lady?? You should be ashamed! Many other things to worry about than a Brain Tumor.. wow...🙄 I can't even. But like I said before I'm TERRIBLY sorry if I misunderstood your comment and I will feel extremely bad and look like a huge fucking dummy, but if I didn't then wow....
Kaylyn Jones She's saying you can complain even if your problems are less significant than this. She's not saying that her brain tumor isn't a problem lmao
Broke my heart every time she scolded herself or she looked down in disappoint when she messed up her words and sentences, such a strong brave and beautiful woman!!! Keep going you’re doing great😊💕💕
robbie roscoe she was showing people what it's lik living with these effects of a brain tumor. What you said was ignorant and I hope you realize that. You need to think about what you're writing before you post your comments because you never know how the words you say could affect a person.
Cat 24 yes I love that she kept them too. It just so informative in a positive way. Being a psych major it’s great to see her mishaps and her improvements to see how great she is doing.
Hey I just turned 14 and a month ago I had a tumor in my brain called Medulloblastoma, I had a surgery on 8th Nov, I'm starting radiotherapy in a week and chemotherapy 2 months after radiotherapy. To be honest I'm upset but I don't want to show it to others. I'm kinda afraid for everything and tbh I need support emotionally to keep me smiling
You hang in there. Don't hide how you are feeling from people, talk to you family and friends. It's okay to be afraid 😘😘.. If you need to go to a counselor ask your folks for one BUT don't keep all your fear and worries inside. Trust me. My heart and and thoughts are with you. ❤❤❤❤
Your so strong! My mom has stage 4 brain cancer and she has trouble talking a lot and she’s had it for 4 years You are incredibly sweet and beautiful!!! Stay strong!!
ArisaStudios it sucks she gets upset about not being able to talk. She has every right to have problems or issues with sentences. She had a tumor in her brain, she's obviously going to have problems.
Are you attacking me, because I think it's good, that she didn't cut all her mistakes out like other youtubers would, or is it because I called it adorable? When did I said she doesn't has the right to have issues which her speach? Did you even read my comment?
ArisaStudios you took my comment completely wrong actually. I was agreeing with you. I was just making an agreeing comment to yours. No need to be so harsh.
Your such an inspiration, seeing you getting frustrated because you can't think of the right words, stopping then trying again really warms up my heart. Your gorgeous, get well soon xx
Exothixa PG yeah man he/she is trying to say something really really nice and you're here checking everybody's grammar when you should be checking yours
Ben Dover You shouldn't start a sentence with "and", and you should put a full stop at the end of the sentence, and a capital letter at the beginning, just saying x
Your perseverance is inspiring. Seeing you get frustrated but continuing to find the right word was making me so proud! You are doing so awesome & I love watching your vocabulary grow in every video! You are amazing Courtney!!
Ren Bow She really is doing so well, in her bio she said after surgery all she knew was her name! So the fact that she is pushing herself is inspiring.
I LOVE that you kept it raw! Showed us what you're dealing with and how much you struggle to make these videos for us. You're real and genuine and I love that. You're doing awesome girl keep it up !
Hi my name is Halle I am 10 years old I had brain cancer I had to go through radiation too I had to do it for 30 days after radiation I had to go through chemo and after chemo I got to ring the bell too. Please read and reply
What I was thinking exactly. Makes me wonder if artists forget everything they knew about how to draw or paint after surgery or if passions always push through no matter what.
Nataleigh Perea She has difficulty talking because of her brain surgery. Her tumor was rather large and was (I'm assuming) near some area of her brain that deals with speech/communication. Even if that isn't the case, brain surgeries are always difficult to come back from, and most of the people who undergo them will require some sort of speech therapy. Watch some more of her videos to get some more info!
This is the most real video I've ever seen about cancer, and cancer treatment... I'm just in awe with your realness! Thank you so much for not editing out the moments when talking became more difficult!
It was so hard to watch you struggle to find your words, and I could see the pain in your eyes every time you messed up. Your strength is so inspirational.
i saw the title before i clicked and said "me at school" not knowing what the video was about but then i watched it and i love her personality and confidence. she's great
Holy shit guys I'm not laughing at her.😑 I looked at the thumbnail and laughed because they said "me at school". Obviously I hate school and school sucks ass. I wasn't laughing at her or making fun of her in any way damn. I think she's a sweet and strong person and she doesn't deserve to be going through this. Please don't respond to me if you're just going to get pissy because I laughed at a joke. NOT her.
It makes me cry to see you get frustrated at yourself for your speech. -Though completely understandable. You're an absolutely incredible, beautiful, kind, and STRONG individual. Things will come back with time and work. Regardless you are loved and have a strong support system behind you. I have always admired your intelligence and kind disposition. You're amazing girl!
Jordan Rini He didn't say anything wrong! Stop starting drama. That is how she has said it in the past. He didn't say that she said it like that during this video. Leave him be! I thought his comment was both polite, but correct. Geez. People please stop fighting. We're all here to support her!
I have selective mutism, so I physically can’t talk to most people but knowing all this about your speech makes me so grateful that I can speak. I’m proud of you
Anonymous Girl i’m so sorry if this is rude but i’ve never heard of his condition before so i just wanted to know if you can control when you talk like what is the selective part
adam thiel i had selective mutism growing (only happens sometimes now) and it's not like you choose not to speak, so i'm not entirely sure why it's called selective but i'm gonna assume it's bc you go mute in selective situations like usually people with it talk fine at home and then can't speak at all in school or with certain people or situations. so for me when i grew up and there were situations i wouldn't be able to speak i had things i wanted to say and i knew perfectly well how to say them but my mouth wouldn't even move let alone make any sounds so i couldn't even mouthe words if i had a problem, i would even be dead silent when i got hurt and was in a lot of pain i hope that maybe explains a little???
Emma Martine thanks for explaining it i went to a special needs school for a little bit when i was little and it was mostly down syndrome and stuff like that but i was best friends with someone who had mutism and we did sign language but i had just never heard of it so thanks for explaining to me
Anonymous Girl my niece had selective mutism when she was younger. We just thought she was really shy around people she didn't know. She is fifteen now and had gown out of it. She had therapy for it and also a really great teacher who was happy to work with her in ways that helped. I think the teacher had her keep a journal type thing that she could write instead of talk.
So incredible to watch you automatically know when you've said something incorrectly. To watch you walk through the problem solving on how to find the right word and change the sentence structure if needed. Awesome girl! Completely amazing 😉!! You are doing great! I 💜 how open you've been and that you let us in to watch how you problem solve to work through your speech rather that editing it out. I watch you in awe!! You truly are fabulous, strong and beautiful inside and out 😍😍😍😍
i love how she told us over and over that you had to lay back for about 10 minutes, because it shows that she truly isn't scared that people will criticize her 😊❤️
I can not imagine how hard it is for you to struggle with your speech- BUT you are doing an excellent job catching yourself! To me that looks like a huge improvement in your speech from your earlier videos!
I know it's hard to lose your hair,as a woman that's our security. But at the end of the day.......its just hair! It will grow back, and what's important is that you're alive and talking and getting better day by day. God has a purpose for all that you're going through and I pray for you everyday. You are an inspiration to so many and will keep you in my prayers. So happy you're done with radiation, one step at a time, you will come out of this stronger and more compassionate for others bc of the journey you have gone through.💞💛💜💙💚
I'd love to see anyones reactions if they make fun of her speach and she tells them it's because she had a brain tumor. makes you think twice before you ever say anything negative to someine
I will be starting radiation treatment in the near future 😢, just had surgery on July 26. Trying to stay strong but this is really hard. you are younger than I but you're still an inspiration 😍 God bless
This video brought back so many memories from when my brother was on his brain cancer journey. He still has his radiation mask too! He also had to learn to talk again, and he's still doing really well. I don't know you, but I just wanted to say that you are so strong and amazing. You're so positive and I admire you for that. Stay strong, keep going and laugh at the funny little things in life X
Im watching this in tears ! You're so strong ! Courageous! So brave ! & you edit videos but you don't take of the parts you repeat almost everything, its the real thing ! Thankyou for being you genuinely you ! Praying for you ❤️
Stay strong sweetheart. I can see the pain in your eyes and it’s breaking my heart. You’re trying so hard to be positive. You’re beautiful and everything will get better!💕
Wow, I feel so grateful after watching this video! My mother is 45 and she got a brain tumor 10 years ago, she got surgery , and the procedure was them removing 3/4 of the tumor, and everything was fine until 8 months ago when she went to get an x-ray and doctors found out that the tumor was growing again, so her only option was radiation, but the good thing is she didn't lose a single hair and she was so energetic and normal! She didn't even get headaches or anything like that! So grateful!!
My mom has glioblastoma, which is a type of brain cancer and had a brain tumor the size of a lemon I think,,,and she had to go through the same thing as you every single day. I'm so proud of both of you💕you both made it and it's so inspiring to me :) stay strong princess
Hang in there gorgeous girl you're doing just fine. Thank you for being so courageous and sharing your story and your progress. You're an inspiration xxx
I can't imagine what this will end up costing you in the end, so please let us know how we can help! I don't know if it helps but I watched the ad all the way through, and watched this video twice to try to add to your view time.
I have her gofundme. Her aunt made it. Her father ended up having heart surgery a few days after her brain surgery. I've been in touch with her mom and I've shared it on a few of her views and will post here if you'd like to donate!
Youre so inspiring. I've watched you since you first found out you had a tumour and seeing your journey is heartbreaking but you are nothing but positive. Absolutely amazing
You are so strong! Your spirit comes through my computer screen. Your progress is insane... great job girl! If you ever get tired with making videos, do not worry about us. Make whatever videos you can/want, please take your health and sanity into consideration first!
First time watching you and I am just moved by your story. I have a friend who has cancer and he thinks he's on his death bed so he was married to his gf this past week and it was sad, but about you I will pray for you, that you may be healed by the Lord and to have many Angels to watch over you. The Lord is close to the broken hearted and is with you. love you and I will be subbing, you're an inspiration & strong. 💛
I am so overwhelmed with feelings when I watch your videos. I pray that you are improving and you beat Cancer! You are so strong and I am honestly so proud of you. ❤️❤️❤️
Why are people so mad in the comments when people ask questions? She has put this online for information purposes I'm sure it's only human nature for us to ask questions if she has made this public you have to expect questions.
Natalie Gayle the only questions we are annoyed with are the ones asking "why does she keep messing up?" When it's been spoken about in the video and noted in the description. It's frustrating to see hoards of people ask questions about things clearly stated in the video they're supposed to be watching before they comment
Tragediezz There is no excuse for complete and utter ignorance displayed in this comment section. The "is she gonna die" crap is so rude and not at all what she needs to hear during this difficult time. If you are curious, then take literally 10 minutes out of your way to watch some of her videos, rather than being so childish.
The way you keep going even when you get frustrated and can't find the words is so inspiring. Your strength is amazing and you've already come so far 💕
I'M SO HAPPY YOU'RE DONE WITH RADIATION!!!! I'm smiling so big right now! You said radiation & certificate & SO MANY OTHER WORDS! You look beautiful & I'm so proud of you. I continue to pray EVERY SINGLE DAY! Love you TONS ♥️🙏🏼♥️🙏🏼♥️🙏🏼♥️🙏🏼♥️🙏🏼♥️🙏🏼♥️🙏🏼♥️🙏🏼♥️
I’ve never seen CouteLizz’s videos before and this is my first video I’ve seen of her, at first I was wondering why she kept repeating herself but now I think I realised why she is. Im so glad she is now recovering and finished radiation! Well done !
miss atomic bomb Don't be so quick to assume the dislikes are for negative reasons. Maybe people disliked it because they dislike the difficult time she is having to endure? After all Courtney is going through, i doubt she gives a crap about the dislikes.. you shouldn't either :)
miss atomic bomb I don't see any comments that say she isn't amazing?! When i watch videos like this, even though things aren't great for me right now, I'm thankful I'm not in this position. And it makes think twice about complaining about trivial things. I'm pretty sure Courtney would trade having Cancer for a billion dislikes...
Rachel •Farmiga Fan• If they don't like the difficult time she's having they still wouldn't dislike the video. They would thumbs up to give her some support. to Dislike the video isn't for feeling bad for someone it's for not liking the actual content. If you felt bad you will thumbs up and encourage them in the comment section. The majority of people who disliked either have no souls or it just wasn't their cup of tea they're used to so they weren't feeling the video. I know this is 4wks ago you wrote this but I just came across this video. Just wanted to give my opinion. >>miss atomic bomb I get what you meant don't worry :)
Honestly you are so inspirational to me I have dyslexia and a stutter I forget and get frustrated with things I say I’m very thankful for people like you and my boyfriend he’s very patient with me and even calms me down when I get upset and can’t speak at all your amazing and I’m very happy to see ur doing this I would never have the guts to
You are so strong and inspiring. It is hard enough to open up about yourself on UA-cam. But you just keep going. Making videos, talking to us and keep us updated, and edit this video. I know it is a lot of work. You're getting better but it is still a struggle for you to talk but here you are. Not complaining and just inspire me to work even harder. You will get better and better. I'm praying for your health and happiness. You deserve it 💕
You're such an inspiration. You're going through the hardest time of your life and yet you still push through! I know we only see a glimpse of your life and I'm pretty sure you have breakdowns but thank you for showing me that life shouldn't stop . May god keep blessing you and give you health! ❤️ ❤️❤️
I just fractured and dislocated my ankle, feeling so sorry for myself and seeing this video made me realize that I have something so minor and if you can be so happy and inspiring there's nothing stopping me.. thank you, you're a role model ❤
Every single video you improve so much!! i can't imagine how frustrating it is for you to make these but it is INSPIRING to watch, you are smashing it girl xxxx
*Please like this so everyone knows* She keeps messing up, not only from her surgery, it's because (She said this in the description box) people wanted to see a "raw" video without her cutting of the mistakes
my mom had brain cancer as a teenager and she had radiation therapy done as well, the base of her head is completely bald and it never grew back. my moms cancer affected her hearing instead of her speech, though. she's been cancer free for almost 30 years now, but she's been going deaf as well, which just shows the lasting effects of cancer on its victims.
My mom also had a brain tumor. I was 8yrs old when she was diagnosed. She fought for a few years but lost the battle when i was 14. Im now almost 40 n the pain is still there. But i want to be more like her everyday. She was an amazing mom, wife, Angel on earth.
What a strong & amazing young woman. I love how she never gave up in trying to find the right words to say and including those clips in her video. You go girl!!!
I just found you today, I don't ever comment on videos but I just had to say I have watched a few and you have already had a huge impact on my life. You are such a beautiful, strong, positive and inspiring woman ❤ thank you for sharing your experience. Big hugs, prayers and best wishes to you and your family ❤️❤️❤️
Imagine for a moment that you're outside & it's a beautiful summer day & kids just got out of school. You know your place in time. You then walk inside a building, see a friend, & you remember she is a teacher. So your mind is then focused on kids & excitement, as....something....(now this is where things start to get hazy)...has changed. Your mind suddenly feels like it must be Fall. Because why not, kids are mostly excited to go back to school. So you ask your friend if the kids are excited to go school supply shopping. 🤷🏻♀️ Yep, I asked that. She was nice & said, you mean that the kids are excited to be out of school?... So she knew of my 3c cancer & 6 mos. of chemo. Nine yrs later I still get chemo brain, hardly recognize my life in old pics, time & seasons (cognitive) are sometimes hard to grasp. You think you know your place in time, but think again! 🤔
Huh, I never really thought those kind of things can happen after surgery but that makes sense. You probably have memory loss as well. It's really interesting to see life through someone else's point of view.
This popped up on my home page feed. I watched it and I have to say I'm really proud of you. You look beautiful and strong! ❤ It wasn't to the same degree as you but when I was younger I had a hard time speaking and trying to say what I wanted to in a way that made sense and conveyed what I wanted to say. I hope things go well moving forward and even though I've only watched this one video of yours, I'm really proud and happy for you. So strong and brilliant and you correcting your mistakes was amazing. Keep up you perseverance and it will take you so far on life. I see a bright future for you! ❤❤❤
My mum was diagnosed with a brain tumour about 3 years ago and went through radiation chemotherapy and had loads of MRI scans sadly she was not as lucky as u and passed on the 12th of august 2017 😢
I am so so sorry you had to go through this... my mom got diagnosed with a brain tumour last year and got surgery just a few weeks after because it was slightly bigger than a golfball. luckily she's doing a great job recovering but for I was so scared to lose her and cried 24/7 so I feel your pain so much. wish you all the best for the future!
You are an AMAZING human being!!!!!! I'm SOOOOOOO impressed with your honesty, intelligence, beauty (inside and out!!), and your joy for life!!!! Thank you!!!! Thank you!!!!! Thank you!!!!!
Thats so interesting how the hair is only gone from that certain part. Thats nice you can cover it with the top layer. I'm so proud of you for how far your speech has come!!! Congrats on completing your radiation. We love you! xo
Your patience for yourself is astounding :) It's so great that you're persevering through everything! You probably think it's nothing and everyone would cope, but I'm pretty sure I wouldn't! Keep on keeping on!
I just stumbled upon your channel in my recommended and you probably have a million comments that say this but you’re so fucking strong. This is so real and unedited and that puts you in a vulnerable place which is why i think it’s so amazing that you posted this. Thinking about you and sending you all the best of thoughts!!
U are most definitely an inspiration. I love how u kept in the part where u were having trouble saying something instead of cutting it out.💜 u just don't give up and it's amazing!
Congratulations! The word issues get better. :) My dad had traumatic brain injury and he was able to get back to normal. You did great! Even if you miss a few things we know what you are communicating. Praying for you!
You are so amazing. I got teared up when you struggled with your words. The fact that you continued without getting discouraged is incredibly strong. You are so beautiful!
Kelconlain RTP I'm an SLP too ! I find her videos so insightful and inspirational !
Also an SLP. Love watching her videos.

Also an SLP grad student and watching her videos warms my heart. She is truly doing so amazing and I am so proud to see her strength and perseverance!
My heart hurts when she sounds frustrated over her speech lapses. :(
Nomzilla i know 😩
She honestly looks like if the ocean was a person. Those fabulous freckles, and mesmirizing eyes.
Carroteal
And an amazing personality!
You should make that into a niche meme
Carroteal agreed! That is such a perfect analogy! She is gorgeous!!!
You win perfect comment. She seriously does
Carroteal yes she doessss
It makes me so sad when she gives that disappointed look when she mispronounces a word.
Why cant she talk properly. I am new here
Gail Comiskey I can really relate to her because I have a stutter and I can get really low I struggle with words, especially when I film youtube videos and have convosations with people who don't know I stutter
Radically Dark I know how you feel!! I have a stammer/stutter! I get low confidence and feel embarrassed and angry when I stutter
Mihilaa Dew I think she had a brain tumor, had surgery and now has to relearn how to speak.
Same. But when she finally gets it, I get so happy.
The disappointment on your face when you say something wrong breaks my heart. Just the fact that you're trying is the most stunning thing. Everyone is so proud of you. You'll get there, so don't worry. All my love. X
awwww what a sweet lady u r candicegeorge !! and I feel the same too! hugs to u court!
CandiceGeorge Thank GOD someone was able to say what I was about to comment. I'm with you! Sherrie Morrison Thank you very much :)

I will remember never to complain about my life ever again. You're one lovely creature I am giving you a major huge hug. Lovin you lady. You are inspiringly graceful and strong.
cyberspaceout right
I get what you're saying but there are other things to complain about besides a brain tumor .
You can complain about your life all you want to, no one has a monopoly over issues in life. But it's good to also be grateful
Kaylyn Jones She's saying you can complain even if your problems are less significant than this. She's not saying that her brain tumor isn't a problem lmao
While she was talking, I was getting lost in her eyes. She’s so beautiful.
Kamyah Curry so are you!
Delani Joubert thank you! ❤️
Lite aqua. They look like the sea.
Kamyah Curry I love this comment. Youre amazing for saying that. I got lost in her eyes too! Shes amazing!
And me too!
Broke my heart every time she scolded herself or she looked down in disappoint when she messed up her words and sentences, such a strong brave and beautiful woman!!! Keep going you’re doing great😊💕💕
I love how you kept all of the takes in for certain phrases you had trouble with. You're so honest with your viewers. Thank you for that.
Rebecca Rurka I loved that too!!! So awesome!!!
Rebecca Rurka wait why does she struggle with speech?
Rebecca Rurka I feel like she was trying to get attention but I swear I'm not a bitch I feel bad 😔 that she got brain surgery I really do!
robbie roscoe she was showing people what it's lik living with these effects of a brain tumor. What you said was ignorant and I hope you realize that. You need to think about what you're writing before you post your comments because you never know how the words you say could affect a person.
Rebecca Rurka same!!!
I love how she keeps going even when she has trouble so inspiring
I hate it :(
Chrystal Powell of course. She is so inspiring for everyone. I love her so much. I know how frustrating it can be.
What trouble? ??
I'm new what happened
I really love that you didn’t edit out the “mistakes” and just corrected yourself as many times as it took! You’re incredible!
Cat 24 yes I love that she kept them too. It just so informative in a positive way. Being a psych major it’s great to see her mishaps and her improvements to see how great she is doing.
I’m new here why does she struggle with words and speech?
Brittany Pemberton she had a brain tumor, and it was probably near the part of the brain that deals with speech such as her frontal lobe
👍🏾💞💃🏻

Grace doesn't care I hope your mom gets better 🙏🙏🙏
Nazlıgül Coşkun thank you it means a lot :)
Has she tried: dmso, msm and d3? Please search for that on youtube, it will help her so much 🌱💫much love
🙏🙏
stay strong I know that can be hard on you as well
She left all the misstalked talked sentences in, everyone else would have cut out and its quite adorable
ArisaStudios I noticed that and I absolutely love it
ArisaStudios she said its raw barely unedited:)
Your gorgeous, get well soon xx
infinity 2 *you're
Dawn Day Dude shut the fuck up with your grammar patrol ass.
Exothixa PG and why should I do that?
Ren Bow completely agree.
Linda Obrien can you not
Linda Obrien you are insensitive and rude advertising on her channel
Linda Obrien 🖕
Talk talk talk
Nope.
This this
Nope.
Thi-
Nope.
This. Yes this.
Love that. True grit
Rebecca Terrones every time id get so happy when she found the word or phrase jajfjd
Beckie 4
I LOVE that you kept it raw! Showed us what you're dealing with and how much you struggle to make these videos for us. You're real and genuine and I love that. You're doing awesome girl keep it up !
I'm glad she didn't cut out her mistakes
Anaya Peoples Yh I agree
Anaya Peoples we have the same 1st name
It’s fucking annoying why tf are you happy about it 😂
lxnus it isn’t annoying
lxnus so are you:)
You said radiation and certificate well! So glad to see you improving, don't be hard on yourself-- you got this!!! 💖
Jailene Vanessa girl yes towards the end she was rocking it wasn't she. Certificate and Radiation double wammy!
omg, you're the first i've seen with the my name and spelled the same way!
Hi my name is Halle I am 10 years old I had brain cancer I had to go through radiation too I had to do it for 30 days after radiation I had to go through chemo and after chemo I got to ring the bell too. Please read and reply
Halle Guilliam omg congrats
Hang in there Halle. Your attitude plays a big part of healing. That’s what my surgeon told me. And he was right.
girl.. this isn't really relevant but your eyebrows are ON POINT! Keep the good stuff up- you're a real inspiration :)
What I was thinking exactly. Makes me wonder if artists forget everything they knew about how to draw or paint after surgery or if passions always push through no matter what.
For real tho!!! Eyebrows look fantastic !
Alice Nucifora why do people look at the eye brows?
Alice Nucifora ,, I agree! ❣
KOOKIE MONSTER it's hard to not notice eyebrows imo
I was crying when you rang the bell! Thanks for being so raw and real about it, so proud of you!
You are seriously so beautiful and so so strong!
Lindsay Marie LINDSAYYY OMG I LOVE YOU BBG
Lindsay Marie im new here could she not even talk bcause of the tumor
Nataleigh Perea She has difficulty talking because of her brain surgery. Her tumor was rather large and was (I'm assuming) near some area of her brain that deals with speech/communication. Even if that isn't the case, brain surgeries are always difficult to come back from, and most of the people who undergo them will require some sort of speech therapy. Watch some more of her videos to get some more info!
Love from Sam Puckett herself
exactly ❤ I admire her so much
This is the most real video I've ever seen about cancer, and cancer treatment... I'm just in awe with your realness! Thank you so much for not editing out the moments when talking became more difficult!
It was so hard to watch you struggle to find your words, and I could see the pain in your eyes every time you messed up. Your strength is so inspirational.
took the words right out of my mouth!
i saw the title before i clicked and said "me at school" not knowing what the video was about but then i watched it and i love her personality and confidence. she's great
I'm sorry I'm laughing so hard.😂 I looked at the thumbnail and started dieing.😂
Espyn Sem how is that even funny?
Holy shit guys I'm not laughing at her.😑 I looked at the thumbnail and laughed because they said "me at school". Obviously I hate school and school sucks ass. I wasn't laughing at her or making fun of her in any way damn. I think she's a sweet and strong person and she doesn't deserve to be going through this. Please don't respond to me if you're just going to get pissy because I laughed at a joke. NOT her.
melspilots I-/ do you like TØP
Espyn Sem ignore people. if they're that sensitive that they think you would laugh at that let them. you did nothing wrong
I just stumbled upon this video...You are beautiful and such an inspiration to many! God bless you! Many prayers for you! 🙏🏻
I have soooooo much love for this girl and I don't even know her. She's a living reminder of the saying " Never give up" 💕
Brianna Mackenzie I totally agree, she's amazing!
You started saying "radiation" correctly!!! Yaaayyy!!! You are beautiful inside and out. Keep fighting love!
AutySav she had brain surgery for a tumor.
Nadjia Lemo yes! That's an accomplishment! You know you're getting better when you start getting more perfectionistic about it. Yay Courtney!
Nigga Walsh no, being encouraging to a person is never the wrong thing to do. Please have some respect and get a life.
ᄋᄉᄋ하루 I think she said it correctly too. Not sure what's wrong with NIGGA 😒
I’m proud of you
Anonymous Girl i’m so sorry if this is rude but i’ve never heard of his condition before so i just wanted to know if you can control when you talk like what is the selective part
adam thiel i had selective mutism growing (only happens sometimes now) and it's not like you choose not to speak, so i'm not entirely sure why it's called selective but i'm gonna assume it's bc you go mute in selective situations like usually people with it talk fine at home and then can't speak at all in school or with certain people or situations. so for me when i grew up and there were situations i wouldn't be able to speak i had things i wanted to say and i knew perfectly well how to say them but my mouth wouldn't even move let alone make any sounds so i couldn't even mouthe words if i had a problem, i would even be dead silent when i got hurt and was in a lot of pain
i hope that maybe explains a little???
Emma Martine thanks for explaining it i went to a special needs school for a little bit when i was little and it was mostly down syndrome and stuff like that but i was best friends with someone who had mutism and we did sign language but i had just never heard of it so thanks for explaining to me
I HAVE IT ALSO
Anonymous Girl my niece had selective mutism when she was younger. We just thought she was really shy around people she didn't know. She is fifteen now and had gown out of it. She had therapy for it and also a really great teacher who was happy to work with her in ways that helped. I think the teacher had her keep a journal type thing that she could write instead of talk.
I have serious eyebrow envy right now 😩❤️
You are amazing and an inspiration. Love your eyes you are beautiful
You truly are fabulous, strong and beautiful inside and out 😍😍😍😍
i love how she told us over and over that you had to lay back for about 10 minutes, because it shows that she truly isn't scared that people will criticize her 😊❤️
Makkenzie Beer its not the fact that she told us. its the fact that she left it in the video.
Sera Francis ... That's what she said...
ashley betts she means that it wasn't edited out. She left it in the video.
I can not imagine how hard it is for you to struggle with your speech- BUT you are doing an excellent job catching yourself! To me that looks like a huge improvement in your speech from your earlier videos!
It's truely admirable how patient you are with yourself, I don't think I'd be able to keep myself together ❤️❤️❤️so incredible
So happy you're done with radiation, one step at a time, you will come out of this stronger and more compassionate for others bc of the journey you have gone through.💞💛💜💙💚
My son still struggles with reading. You are so amazing he is so amazing.i hope he gets his skill back.
I'd love to see anyones reactions if they make fun of her speach and she tells them it's because she had a brain tumor. makes you think twice before you ever say anything negative to someine
Someone*
I love that you don't edit out the struggles. It's heartbreaking but real AF and I'm here for it. You're so strong and incredible
I will be starting radiation treatment in the near future 😢, just had surgery on July 26. Trying to stay strong but this is really hard. you are younger than I but you're still an inspiration 😍 God bless
Jackie Blue stay strong! I hope all goes well 😇😌

I love how positive she is ❤️❤️ stay strong
It’s so fucking cool how she doesn’t edit out her mistakes
This video brought back so many memories from when my brother was on his brain cancer journey. He still has his radiation mask too! He also had to learn to talk again, and he's still doing really well. I don't know you, but I just wanted to say that you are so strong and amazing. You're so positive and I admire you for that. Stay strong, keep going and laugh at the funny little things in life X
Girl eyebrow tutorial! Please?!!
I'm happy that your mom's doing well :)
My mum had a brain tumour when I was 4 I think she’s okay now
I hope your mum is okay to
Minnie_Freerein_Cats _ Thank you so much, she is doing great, and I hope your mom is okay❤️
Meshaal thankyou I’m sure we have a lot in common then
My mom has glioblastoma, which is a type of brain cancer and had a brain tumor the size of a lemon I think,,,and she had to go through the same thing as you every single day. I'm so proud of both of you💕you both made it and it's so inspiring to me :) stay strong princess
Space Owl Wow! Give my best wishes to your mother, hope you and her both are doing well, seeing as you've both been through a lot!
I really love when she messes up but doesn't cut it out like other ppl who wanna be perfect like we all have flaws
Brooklyn Ambet mainly to show how the brain tumor affected her.
And how she I still trying to learn on how to speak again.
Oh
killerRED09 oh thx
Brooklyn Ambet its not that they wanna be perfect lol it's that they're trying to give us content without repetition or interruptions
Its her raw video . Read the description
Taylor Butler exactly! i think we can help her out watching her videos and sharing
Taylor Butler so lovely from you. I'll do the same!
Taylor Butler I did not even think about that before! that is a great idea, I will start doing the same, thank you!
Brilliant! Doing the same!!
LIVSLIFE22 I
I love how you leave in a lot of the edits that you could take out in
First time watching you and I am just moved by your story.
💛
Such a beautiful human being inside and out. So much love and good thoughts headed your way. Breaks my heart anyone has to endure any of this.
I am so overwhelmed with feelings when I watch your videos. I pray that you are improving and you beat Cancer! You are so strong and I am honestly so proud of you. ❤️❤️❤️
MaddieKay I know I well up with tears and just wish I could give her a hug. But hopefully she knows just how LOVED she is by her UA-cam family ❤️
This was so sad to watch but your strength is amazing . I'm so glad you're okay and able to stay positive !
Madeline Emory Some people dont have time to watch the whole video so the next best thing is to ask questions I guess
You people replying are the angry people this comment refers to, how ironic.
Love you TONS
♥️🙏🏼♥️🙏🏼♥️🙏🏼♥️🙏🏼♥️🙏🏼♥️🙏🏼♥️🙏🏼♥️🙏🏼♥️
A warrior with a smile. Beautiful in and out. God bless you
I’ve never seen CouteLizz’s videos before and this is my first video I’ve seen of her, at first I was wondering why she kept repeating herself but now I think I realised why she is. Im so glad she is now recovering and finished radiation! Well done !
emilymsymons yeah same this my first video watching her and I was "why does you keep putting the same things in" and then I was like AWWWW
So why does she repeat her self? D::
Karahe 113 It's a raw, unedited video
That comment could be mine
Sissi it’s definitely not unedited. i saw some cuts here and there.
why would people dislike this
miss atomic bomb Don't be so quick to assume the dislikes are for negative reasons. Maybe people disliked it because they dislike the difficult time she is having to endure? After all Courtney is going through, i doubt she gives a crap about the dislikes.. you shouldn't either :)
Rachel •Farmiga Fan• ik I'm just wondering cause this woman is amazing
miss atomic bomb I don't see any comments that say she isn't amazing?! When i watch videos like this, even though things aren't great for me right now, I'm thankful I'm not in this position. And it makes think twice about complaining about trivial things. I'm pretty sure Courtney would trade having Cancer for a billion dislikes...
Rachel •Farmiga Fan• ok ok
Honestly you are so inspirational to me I have dyslexia and a stutter I forget and get frustrated with things I say I’m very thankful for people like you and my boyfriend he’s very patient with me and even calms me down when I get upset and can’t speak at all your amazing and I’m very happy to see ur doing this I would never have the guts to
jackson eddsworld my friend is dyslexic, what is it like?
I feel you. You have an amazing boyfriend and keep going! You are your own warrior❤️
"I did it!" - Made me smile. Don't know you, this is actually the first video I have seen of yours...but I am proud of you. You're an inspiration. :)
To everyone who disliked, you should be ashamed
And then I saw you take your hair down I just cried 😭😭 GOD BLESS YOU 💕😘💚
Self Taught Gym Corner hair grows back. its hard but shes a gorgeous positive young woman.
Self Taught Gym Corner God doesn't give a shit.
Jake Stansbury good one
Yeah and my belief is that he is shit so I'm allowed to speak my mind that's why freedom of speech is for 🖕🏻
Jake Stansbury blah blah blah
Every single video you improve so much!! i can't imagine how frustrating it is for you to make these but it is INSPIRING to watch, you are smashing it girl xxxx
*Please like this so everyone knows*
She keeps messing up, not only from her surgery, it's because (She said this in the description box) people wanted to see a "raw" video without her cutting of the mistakes
you are doing amazing. my family will keep you in our prayers.
I have to reevaluate my whole fucking life after watching this. People are going thur some real shit.
jenf836 So true..
jenf836 same as fuck
my mom had brain cancer as a teenager and she had radiation therapy done as well, the base of her head is completely bald and it never grew back. my moms cancer affected her hearing instead of her speech, though. she's been cancer free for almost 30 years now, but she's been going deaf as well, which just shows the lasting effects of cancer on its victims.
moonstarangel i'm so sorry to hear that. God bless
Im sorry she's going deaf :( But I'm really happy she's cancer free !! Best of luck ^^
My mom also had a brain tumor. I was 8yrs old when she was diagnosed. She fought for a few years but lost the battle when i was 14. Im now almost 40 n the pain is still there. But i want to be more like her everyday. She was an amazing mom, wife, Angel on earth.
belinda connor I'm crying bc of your comment right now, I could never imagine going through what you had to, im so sorry💜
moonstarangel God Bless her ♥️
I'm so glad you're doing better 💓 you're so strong 👑
What a strong & amazing young woman. I love how she never gave up in trying to find the right words to say and including those clips in her video. You go girl!!!
I was so proud when she said radiation properly 🎊🎊🎊🎊
Slaii Daily I felt the same when she said certificate!
Tiffany Miller Same!! Well I mean I just found her today too
Tiffany Miller me too. she seems like a total badass and im def subscribing
HaveFaith33458 must be very hard at times but so lucky still
Huh, I never really thought those kind of things can happen after surgery but that makes sense. You probably have memory loss as well. It's really interesting to see life through someone else's point of view.
Wow this must be super hard. Kudos to you for being so strong and living through this. You're such an inspiration
HaveFaith33458 💖Blessings to you💖
This popped up on my home page feed.
Annasatsia Tourletar I'm so sorry for you :( I hope you and your family are going to be okay. Stay strong
Emma Mealey thank u we r all doing going okay but devastated that such a lovely lady has passed Xxx
Annasatsia Tourletar I'm so sorry for your loss and heartbreak 😥. My prayers are with you and your family for healing and comfort xx
Annasatsia Tourletar I am thinking of you and your family. You are not alone ❤️
You are an AMAZING human being!!!!!! I'm SOOOOOOO impressed with your honesty, intelligence, beauty (inside and out!!), and your joy for life!!!! Thank you!!!! Thank you!!!!! Thank you!!!!!
Nikki Tronvold Such sweet words Nikki! I agree one hundred percent
Nikki Tronvold my feelings exactly, she is such an inspiration
Looking and sounding so good!!! So proud of your growth and resiliency!
No one sooooo beautiful should EVER go through this! ❤️ Stay strong!
Thats so interesting how the hair is only gone from that certain part. Thats nice you can cover it with the top layer. I'm so proud of you for how far your speech has come!!! Congrats on completing your radiation. We love you! xo
The hair is only gone from the parts that were penetrated by radiation. :)
Summer H. I thought she had that part shaved from her surgery? could be wrong lol
I just found her channel, what happened to her ? I hope she's ok
Your patience for yourself is astounding :) It's so great that you're persevering through everything!
You probably think it's nothing and everyone would cope, but I'm pretty sure I wouldn't!
Keep on keeping on!
I love how she edits her videos and leaves in the parts where she messes up.
the description literally says she didn't edit it at all lol
Ayanna Cash She only edited it to be shorter 😊
quack so that flash of light and it skipping forward @ 0:09 happened naturally :) yeah ok
Ayanna Cash she didn't edit it read the description
Anahit Hakobyan girl I read it. It is edited tho. "It's not 100% raw". Did u even read it??
I just stumbled upon your channel in my recommended and you probably have a million comments that say this but you’re so fucking strong. This is so real and unedited and that puts you in a vulnerable place which is why i think it’s so amazing that you posted this. Thinking about you and sending you all the best of thoughts!!
U are most definitely an inspiration. I love how u kept in the part where u were having trouble saying something instead of cutting it out.💜 u just don't give up and it's amazing!
Logang 4life ❤❤❤❤❤
Logang 4life I
Logang 4life FOREVER LOGAN PAUL ❤️❤️❤️
“I know it’s doesn’t look to good right now, cause it’s not”. Me everyday
