    Instructions:
    Cover the bottom of the baking dish with sauce then place layered
    vegetables
    Stir together the spinach and tofu and layer it
    Layer on veggies, top with sauce and add the blend of chopped
    mushrooms.
    Continue until you are done with filling and finish with veggies, sauce
    and tofu.
    Bake for 1 hour. Cool and Serve!
