Oh boy. That was one outrageously amazing tutorial. You know I don’t think I’ve ever seen a tutorial that was so gorgeous through each step. Admittedly, since I had no clue where you were going when you laid the bronze onto your veneer my heart sank just a bit. But then! What a glorious effect you achieved! And the difference the buffing made - that hollow bead is one of the most beautiful beads I’ve ever seen. All of the pieces once laid out at the end were stunning. Thank you, rainy day that made you think to produce this video! Thank you for sharing your time and amazing talent. I’d say I was speechless, which in my heart I suppose I an, but I’ve written too much to make that sound true! You are so creative! I just loved that long strip before you rolled it. The colors you chose are simply beautiful! Again, thank you so much!
Thank you for your amazing comment! It means a lot to me.
Thank you for sharing your thoughts, and being constructive without being mean! 💕
That's what I was thinking too. "Stop! You're done! NOOOO!!!....oh wait...YEEEES!!!"
Your last two tutorials were outstanding! Absolutely Beautiful! Thank you for sharing. The tips you give are appreciated.
Thanks very much!
Love the mix of colors and technique. One of my favorite faux gem videos that have seen so far.
Thank you!
Stunning results! Thank you so much for sharing it with us.
I happened on your channel quite by accident. I’ve been wanting to get a piece of labradorite to make a pendant from, then I saw this. I did have a time when I played around with this medium many years ago. This has inspired me to start up again. Thanks again for this tutorial.
This is lovely! Of all the methods for Labradorite, I like yours the best! Thank you for sharing 🥰
Thanks very much!
I have seen so many other tutorials for faux labradorite and to date, yours is by far the best likeness to the real stone. This is one that I'll try very definitely. Thank you for the great suggestions.
That’s a compliment, indeed! Thank you so much 😊
I recently came across your videos/channel and, after watching a couple of your tutes I was hooked, subscribe & inspired - so being a rational jewellery maker (beads & resin) I got myself some clay, moulds, cutters & tools.
I'm loving the polymer clay learning curve (made a few mistakes lol, including burning a batch), & trying your techniques.
I think this technique/faux stone is is my fave so far - simply beautiful results!!
Anyway, I just wanted to thank you Deb, loving your work. X
Aww, thank you so much!
Thanks for watching! 💜
This is, hands down, the best method for faux labradorite (among several very good ones) that I have seen. Great work.
Oh, thank you very much! ❤️
This is absolutely STUNNING. I am completely floored by the end result, it looks like an actual stone, would NEVER have guessed it was clay
Thank you 💕
So beautiful. It's so good how you explained and did it, so that even though I only have basic clay skills I feel I could do this.
Thank you, thank you, thank you for this wonderful video! I love labradorite and this is such an easy to follow demonstration! Beautiful results. They remind me of butterfly wings. Once again, thank you so much for showing how to create something so beautiful in an easy to follow video!
Awww, you’re so welcome!
I also immediately thought of butterfly wings with the unique features.
I was also thinking of butterfly wings. So ethereal and delicate and the colors just so lovely!

This is absolutely gorgeous! I cant help but compare it to a labdorite pendant I bought years ago (pre DIY clay) that didnt have any colour other than black. I was so disappointed but they said that was the usual colour and I couldnt get my money back. Thank you for showing us how to make the stone from clay! Now, I can have a real looking pendent! 💙💜🧡👍😊
❤️💜

Stunning 😍 You are a great artist.
Wow! Best labradorite tutorial I’ve seen!
Thank you. That means a lot, especially as someone told me it looks nothing like labradorite, publicly, in a Facebook group. Felt kinda stupid there for a minute, and had me questioning its likeness. I mean, I know it’s not super realistic, but I do think it’s passable 😃
@@clayboutique are they blind? because I meant it (and you can see from the comments that I’m definitely not the only one!) keep rocking your art because you’re amazing!!
🤷♀️
Who knows? There’s always at least one negative person ready to bring others down, I guess.
I’ll take your encouragement any day of the week! Thank you 😊
Phenomenibly beautiful. That's the prettiest faux labradorite that I have EVER seen! How do artists (aka geniuses) know how to replicate a stone so well? I can't get over how much I live your rendition! THANK YOU for sharing this with us. I also had a hard time making the correct shape (cone) of clay but, thankx to you), I am going to try it again! You brought beauty to my rainy day....😊👍💛💙💚💜
