For me nitro’s main benefit was not having to charge batteries at the field, but once I went brushless/lipo I never went back.

I didn't see the dirtbike in the back and I thought it was the truck making that engine noise lmao I was like wtf does this guy have inside that truck
Traxxas makes heavy duty driveshafts they also make extreme heavy duty drive shafts Go to that local hobby shop you talked about I'll show you the difference it does stay together better
