Hit fixed and moving targets at sea from AKINCI UAV

Bayraktar AKINCI TİHA hit fixed and mobile naval targets using domestic defense industry products such as ASELFLIR-500, MAM-L and MAM-T.
The challenges of the Turkish defense industry in the field of unmanned aerial platforms continue. Finally, Bayraktar AKINCI TİHA destroyed fixed and moving targets on the sea surface within the scope of the test activity. During the test, ASELFLIR-500 Electro-Optical System produced by ASELSAN and MAM-L and MAM-T ammunition produced by Roketsan were used. Additionally, the ASELSAN-produced Albatros-S Unmanned Marine Vehicle (IDA) was used as a moving target.
Within the scope of the test scenario, MAM-T ammunition was first fired at a fixed target on the sea surface. The fixed sea target was hit with full accuracy by MAM-T. Subsequently, AKINCI TİHA fired MAM-L ammunition at the cruising Albatros-S İDA. Albatros-S was successfully destroyed by MAM-L. In both activities, ASELFLIR-500 performed the target detection, tracking and laser targeting tasks.
