    I LOVE the 25c! It is efficient yet still somehow not harsh on the skin. Plus it's one of the few razors that I'm able to get right under the nose really easily with. Also great for head shaving.

    I’ve tried the 25C with many different blades and I find it beyond mild and very difficult to dial in the angle to get a close shave. It sure is comfortable but doesn’t give me a close shave. I think the blade exposure and blade gap must be extremely minimal. It does work well under my nose though.

Definitely better results with the 25C but I'm still looking. My problem is that my neck area is very sensitive and prone to nicks especially after multiple passes so I'm looking for an aggressive combination that will give the closest shave with fewer passes. • @hardinmichael1981
      @hardinmichael1981 Рік тому

      It’s actually rather mild for an open comb but it can be efficient if you have the right blade and get the angle right. It’s great for heavy growth but can also be one’s daily driver if you learn to use it correctly. I think the greatest thing about open combs is that the don’t clog easily. Some, like the Merkur open combs, don’t seem to clog at all.

    Serious question Geo. Is the white wall behind you real or have you put a background on the video yourself? Lol

      If you watch some of my other videos you will definitely see many different backgrounds. Some moving or "live" and some not. This guy likes to mix it up!

    You're shaving with a vintage one, DOVO/Merkur hv filed for bankrupcy. To produce cheap razor in a costly Gemany pay its toll

    I do not know the 25C but the Merkur blade is one of the worst blade i have ever used. Literally does not cut. But good shave.
