  • Feeling grounded, steady and stable is just 10 minutes away with this guided meditation for grounding. You'll use a hand gesture called Bhu Mudra to connect to the earth along with a visualization of a mountain. Begin in a seated position, whether outside in the grass on inside on the floor.     Quite an interesting video. Grounding started, but an AD popped up with an abrasive voice- That was quite a test ! I'm sure it wasn't planned.
