This looks very interesting. But, I have Logic Pro 10.4.8. When I click the + button, am not seeing the keyboard player option, but seeing Soft Inst, Audio, Drummer, External MIDI & Guitar or Bass. Not sure what setup changes I need to do. If possible, do guide me. Thank you
@@gsslion the session players are only available with the Logic Pro 11 update. You’ll need to be running MacOS Ventura or higher in order to update. Cheers Georges
You can use any guitar software instrument. There are some in Logic Pro, but they aren't the best (which is why I demonstrated using a Kontakt instrument in the video). You can check out some of the Spitfire Labs instruments which are all free. labs.spitfireaudio.com/packs?labels=1kmd3El0DsNaJ4yu4GF7qO Cheers Georges
@@knuckledustermusic Thanks! My own guitar skills are quite rusty and never were large-stage ready (although I could fake some of it pretty well). I've heard of Spitfire but didn't know it was free. I like free :)

Excellent. Thanks

What version of Kontact do you use?
I’m currently using Kontakt 7, but used version 5 for a long time.
Kontakt7 lists right now at $150 is there a less expensive way to do this?
