Very clever! Would not have thought of this, but definitely gonna try it with the NI Session Acoustic player.

This looks very interesting. But, I have Logic Pro 10.4.8. When I click the + button, am not seeing the keyboard player option, but seeing Soft Inst, Audio, Drummer, External MIDI & Guitar or Bass. Not sure what setup changes I need to do. If possible, do guide me. Thank you

@@gsslion the session players are only available with the Logic Pro 11 update. You’ll need to be running MacOS Ventura or higher in order to update.

What version of Kontact do you use?

I’m currently using Kontakt 7, but used version 5 for a long time.

Kontakt7 lists right now at $150 is there a less expensive way to do this?

You can use any guitar software instrument. There are some in Logic Pro, but they aren't the best (which is why I demonstrated using a Kontakt instrument in the video). You can check out some of the Spitfire Labs instruments which are all free. labs.spitfireaudio.com/packs?labels=1kmd3El0DsNaJ4yu4GF7qO

@@knuckledustermusic Thanks! My own guitar skills are quite rusty and never were large-stage ready (although I could fake some of it pretty well). I've heard of Spitfire but didn't know it was free. I like free :)

@@chipsawdust5816 they do have some paid stuff, but all the labs instruments that I linked to is free.
