He uses Theos's staff, it's unobtainable rn but it's always present in Prometheus fights and will heal the player and occasionally attack Prometheus. You can see it floating above the entrance

Old Prometheus was harder and stupid with constant flying and recycled moves. The new one is alot easier with more movesets that hit like a truck
