Don't be discouraged by the one-off style! the engine uses mostly 1JZ components, and much of the wiring is shared across multiple models, so unless there is catastophic failure or body damage, it should be easy to manage

I'd love to see some super mild mods, whatever suspension can make it low while parked up but retains all factory comfort, that exhaust cutout you talked about, some Emitz with Century center caps or 3 piece converted Century wheels. Maybe some high end dress up parts as well haha
I have the controller you were talking about for the bags in my 04 Crown Majesta (the model that's below the Century) and I can say that it made no noticeable difference to the ride quality compared to the stock setup, it still feels like you're driving on a cloud so I'd highly recommend getting it to lower it a bit

Dual sealed 12's or 15's, 3 way components front and back, good amps to drive them all loud and clean, and either a classy head unit that blends in with the console or wire it up incognito with just bluetooth input. The good thing is the century probably already has tons of sound deadening so no rattles or reverb to worry about!

Also try to get the center cap on and maybe if you can lower it like half an inch to a inch if you can and the cutout is a sick ass idea.

I have soooo much love for these cars. So cool and very unique. You have rad taste. The features of a 90’s Japanese car still surpasses most today. If I were to personally do anything to it, I would get a nice set of Work Emitz and get the 3rd party air controller. Other than that she’s perfect as she sits. I have had the opportunity to drive a lot of really incredible cars, including a Century (I believe it was an '89). It was such a comfortable car, so quiet so quiet and smooth, yet cornered pretty well for how large it is. I would love to have one myself, they are such a pleasure to drive.

Make LZ drive you around in that thing. Cool car for sure, but don't really modify/change it's presence. The exhaust cutout idea is fine, I know the V12 is meant to be quiet & smooth but if you have a V12 you're gonna want to hear it. Maybe put in some interior LEDs since those always improve a car, definitely look into finding a way to adapt the stock tv/gps setup to work on US frequencies (I don't even know if that's possible). Totally on board with finding more of the optional equipment that would've been available.

Love the century! If you want to change anything about the car you can add an exhaust and get the loud V12 sound or if you want luxyury you can always replace the bags if they are worn.
Keep it stock bro! My rear air strut on my Century went out and I considered coilovers but I can't give up that comfort for ride height. Definitely the most comfortable car I have driven as well.

A Customer of mine has one of these and all he's done is bag it on the stock wheels and it looks INCREDIBLE. He pulled all the stock stuff out without damaging it and boxed it up for if he ever wants to go back to Stock, used all the factory routing for the Airlines, don't know if he used them or not, forgot to ask. Im seeing him next week so if you're interested to know, I'll ask him for you The rear wheels camber in like CRAZY when its aired out and sitting on the Frame (which it will do EASILY according to him) and it looks fucking PERFECT If you were to put any other wheels on it, Work Emitz would be the ONLY choice.
