Keeping promises to yourself is one of the highest forms of self love.
You don’t have a time management problem. You have an activity management problem.
Consistency and discipline will take you places nothing else will.♥️

This was a great video! The concrete examples of schedules & sharing the time blocks (4 hours blocks/15 min meetings, etc) was so helpful! Currently a Hybrid who struggles with how to prioritize the different aspects of my job & how to manage my time; this definitely gives me some direction to move in. Thanks!

I do not think she understands or even people understand what she is talking about, when she says she has brainwashed herself to success, it is literally true... The brain is an expert in justifying whatever decision we make. She was literally able to take control over her brain and find ways to kinda " hack " the step by step system the brain goes in to in everyday actions. To get the ability to take control over your brain and be aware of the fact that the justifications you get in to your head are nonsense, that is the actual skill. There is only 1 percent of the population that is motivated by their goals and not just by their pain.... She belongs to that group. I heard of a technique ones, that gave me amazing results... What it was , was the idea of looking at yourself as if you are in a 3 person game, and you control your actions , just like you would that of a game superhero, from a 3 person perspective above you... Imagine that you see yourself from a camera that is high above you and you can control yourself, the same way you would a person inside of a video game. This form of mental depersonalisation kinda puts you in to a strategy control situation, where no of the emotions or tiredness are really real, because mentaly, it is not you who is tired, it is just a figure in a 3 person video game that you control and it can do whatever you want

Leila, can you help me please? I work the whole day, but I struggle with exercising. I was very active in sports and dancing before, but when my menopause hit me, plus my cortisol and testosterone levels dropped below normal values, plus I have to deeply focus on my work for the whole day, even when I start exercising, my attention wonders away and I quit. I know and I already feel the consequences, but how can I trick myself to do it anyway. I tried a few times a day for 5 - 15 minutes, but soon enough, I give up.. Do you know anything about women and testosterone because it's all about men online.
