- Hello friends! Today I decided to cook CORNETTI following a very simple and easy recipe and in the simplest way.
Very soft and beautiful CORNETTI rolls have emerged, very similar to Courassans.
The dough is so soft that it creates a wow effect!
Repeat after me and you will definitely be able to bake such a bread for breakfast!
Ingredients:
300 ml warm milk.
11 grams of yeast.
100 grams of sugar.
Mix well.
1 egg.
100 ml sunflower oil.
Mix.
Sift 750 g flour through a sieve.
1 teaspoon of salt.
I gradually add flour.
Mix all ingredients well in a bowl.
I decided to knead the dough on the table... That's how I do it much better.
I left some flour to dust the table.
Grease a bowl with sunflower oil.
Cover and leave in a warm place for 1-1.5 hours.
The dough turned out well!
Lay out the dough on a floured board.
Roll out the dough.
Repeat after me.
Fold the dough as I show.
Cover the dough with a bowl and let it rise for 15 minutes.
Roll out the dough again with a rolling pin.
50g melted butter.
Lubricate the dough with butter.
Cut the dough with a pizza cutter.
Repeat after me.
Fold the dough as I show.
It's very easy!
Place the buns on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Cover buns and let rest for 15 minutes.
Mix 1 egg yolk and some milk.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 35 minutes.
Decorate with powdered sugar.
Very nice CORNETTI !

Рецепт мне понравился, но мои внуки любят с корицей, смешанной с сахаром. Я, смазав корж маслом, посыпала этой смесью, презала и завернула. Моим понравилось. Думаю, что можно и варённую сгущёнку положить и будут самые настоящие рогалики-булочки.
