Crying in front of a woman is like bleeding next to a shark.

Oh they want full disclosure for when they're mad at you. That's the point though, it comes down to what advantage is being provided. When you're being weak in front of your girlfriend or society you're disadvantaging her position in life. Once she thinks you're no longer advantageous then she's all about getting an advantage over you.

This advice is spot on. I think most men don't know how to gauge a woman's interest level in them. If all is well and the girl chooses to take two days to respond to you, and does it more than once, delete her number and move on. Rich is spot on, don't ever go to a woman with your problems.

I don't think that's the only reason. Most men don't have options. Most of your matches are with a combination of fat/fugly/ single mother. When you match with a decent looking chic, you become desperate. Deep down you know she's not interested , but you start justifying to yourself, especially when you're in a dry spell. Best solution is to have multiple girls casually , then look for a decent one. That way you can have an abundance mindset, rather than act desperate. Obviously you have to work on yourself as well.

Even with dating apps and how women make their profiles says a lot too. If they say no Hook-Ups, it's a great way to filter out the weak man and then they still hook up. If they say no drama it means they are chaotic and attract drama or are dramatic themselves. If they say they don't want a guy who lies or cheats they are saying they have dealt with them in the past it's the only thing they know and it's the only thing they will be comfortable dealing with. When they say they know their value they are just telling you that they drink the feminist Kool-Aid because most women don't understand what value is since they don't have any values themselves.

It's not all women...its narcissistic women. No such thing as hypergamy....every symptom and behaviour is clinical symptom of narcissism. If you rate women by image as 8, 9 or 10 then you're likely narcissistic yourself...and an absolute magnet for other covert narcissists or BPD partners....so stop bleating there's no good girls around...because you aint the one to judge. You made them the way they are...keep your dck in your pants and take responsibility by refusing to spin plates...rather than excuse your own fun time & later complain and bleat that women have a high notch count. True alphas are leaders of themselves and community ... not just out for themselves. The reason I replied to this post is because you correctly identify these individuals using dating apps and applying "rules" are basically projecting their own behaviour onto others. Projection = main psychological defence mechanism of.... narcissism. Defence mechanisms are egoic. All this biological drive / hypergamy is bs. If you're a man do the fcking work ... which requires actually learning real knowledge and taking real responsibility instead of blindly accepting the ideas of gurus that tell you what you want to hear, sympathise with your plight, and give you a simple solution that only appears to solve your problems...but which never will...until you slay your own narcissistic injuries. This comment is not aimed at anyone in particular and no man should feel insulted ... although your ego may feel that way. Its your ego that tells you your not good enough (yet) and need better game, more money, status and other narcissistic sht to get you what you desire.

One female told me that she was too busy to talk to me. That happened a couple of times, so I left it. Nine months later, I got a: "Hi my friend". That was from a Filipina.
I think that they have lots of 'options', and they talk to their favourites. It's like being '30th in line to the throne'; you just never get there.

I'm an older guy and everything he said is TRUE. I wish I learned this when I first started dating. I'm sick, multiple tumors, fatigue, heart issues, sleep issues, stress from work, etc. I was at the point I was praying to die, every single day. I didn't tell anyone except my wife, because I needed help....I got ....NOTHING. The only woman who will help you is your mother, not your wife. In the end, we men are on our own to fix our problems. As for my wife, I told her I'm moving out and she can keep the house if she doesn't get a job....now she's working. However, in the back of my mind, I know she only stayed because she didn't want to be alone, my income, etc. It's still possible we could get a divorce, if so, I'm already mentally prepared myself. She showed her hand and I'll never forget it. I got myself a motorcycle and I'm enjoying life. Always put yourself first and never share your emotions or problems with your wife.....

What I’ve noticed is that women want to help you under 2 conditions:
      1) She is interested in you
      2) You DIDN’T ask for her help
I find the second part really fascinating. Every time I’ve had a chick (young or old) offer to help me with something in some sort of fashion, it was when I DIDN’T ask them for it.
It’s almost as if you specifically ask them for help, it makes you come across as needy and less capable, hence they get turned off.
I’ve also noticed that if you want a chick to help you with something, it’s best for you to not frame it in a way that makes it seem like you would be vulnerable and lost without them.
It’s better if you frame it in such a way that you are telling them what to do. Like a leader commanding one of their troops to perform a necessary task.

But after about 20 years fighting the stereotype by being open and vulnerable (around women who were at least trusted friends, I wasn't crying to anyone who walked by), the ONLY woman who didn't weaponize my vulnerability was my mother. Literally every single other woman I was weak around lost respect for me at best, and at worst called my lifelong struggle with suicidal ideation a "sob story" or told all our coworkers and turned me into a laughingstock. So yeah, there are women who won't punish you for being weak, but they are the exception, not the rule. Open up to your bros or a (male) therapist. A little insideinformation about « womanese» for « why don’t you open up». Most females are insecure, and imature ( ignorant) about male psykology. That is it’s overwhelming to them. Talk to a male therapist first when there is a issue you need to vent/sulk about that is « traumatic». This takes the rough edges of the emotions ( you no longer sound neurotic). Then you can share with a female that is not narcissistic ( imature, self obsessed, weak). It’s important to your mental health to be able to went to somebody, but to say it diplomatic the modern female is to say the least of highly confused about men. They often lack empathy and insight in men, and are brainwashed from social media/media and think all men should be their « Mr alpha». When reality is that they not entiteled to anything more than a regular man. Stay strong, but don’t neglect your emotions ( invest in a good therapist)

I remember this one time I was speaking to this girl I was dating about my late dad(how I was missing him and how I wished he were still alive)and tears started flowing down my cheeks. Instead of understanding my situation and consoling me, she made it seem as though I was crying over an ex girlfriend(someone we had spoken about 2 months prior). Showing emotions won't get you anywhere with women; they always find a way to make things to be about them.

I agree with a lot of what you said. As a woman I must said, I have never tell a man to be emotionally vulnerable simply because I'm not super emotional either. I prefer having conversations about world history, culture, mathematics, etc. So it bores me to hear someone complain. I do think women ask men to be emotionally vulnerable because they think it'll create emotional connection.
However, most men see emotions as either being completely emotionally unavailable, or being a huge cry baby. Women do this as well, however the male brain is emotionally wired differently. Women are constantly emotional, where areas males have massive highs and lows. I've had men do that unprovoked, so it's a safety hazard. IDK why women ask for that. Regardless of gender, it all boils down to emotional maturity. You can't remain in a relationship if you use someone as an emotional composite, nor if you're too emotionally indifferent.

You can have emotional vulnerability ONCE in a while with your woman, in fact if you are typically strong, stoic and she has high attraction to you, in my experience she actually enjoys seeing that side of you. She loves and desires me even more now. For the most part I agree though you're right

I've got a really good poker face to the point an ex thought I was incapable of feeling emotion. A bit over 2 years into the relationship I missed my deceased brothers birthday. When I remembered I wept a little. She saw and hugged me, asked to explain. She was relieved that I had emotion. She had burning desire until the day I left her due to issues with her finances/character flaws she was unable to rectify.

I can vouch for the: "watch what they do", before the "listen to what they say". Apply it to women, but also with guys and certainly apply it with friends. In late years I've had to painfully apply this to people I thought I was friends with, but their actions proved otherwise.
I would yes, it's female nature, I'm too used to this when it comes to any woman, but guys do it too.
I would add this: when women do, most of the time it's not on purpose, they don't even know wtf they want at times, they just want guys to "get it", but when either a gal or a guy does it 100% with intention, that's where you really need to watch out.
This is easier with people you don't know well, cause usually you don't trust them, but with friends you've had for years, it's a harder pill to swallow and I would say it's something similar when you're married, you don't want to see reality.

I think living in a low population are makes evaluating your own SMV extremely difficult. I was really starting to think I must not be what they want even though I’m bettering myself in many ways. Then I spent a little time in higher population areas and I noticed a difference. Women that were just as much and even more attractive than my area were nicer and very easy to have conversations with.

Being vulnerable to a woman only lets them find a reason to disqualify you. They do want the best they can get so this is natural. No need to be mad about it. It is what it is. For an even deeper example us men do it too . Have you ever told a woman she can tell you her sexual past and you’d never judge her? Then you silently disqualified her and became less attracted after she told you certain things? Play the game how it go 😌🥶

Women know what they're doing. They know they'll get away with it.
Years ago I overheard a conversation on the commute home. It was between two women discussing an article in some crappy rag of a magazine. The article's topic was "should men be allowed to cry?"
The view of one of them was "yes, of course they should".
Her friend was more "Yeah, you say that, but ... " and related a story of her own.
It seems that she was at home one time when there was a knock at the door. It was her boyfriend. He came to her because he had just heard that his best friend had been killed in a hit-and-run incident. He was distraught and in floods of tears. She further related that being confronted with this situation all she could think of to say was "Pull yourself together. Be a man".
Women are not prepared for this as an eventuality. There is no need for them to prepare for such an eventuality. They will not ever prepare for such an eventuality.

I have had three serious adult relationships. One when I was 20, one when I was 21, and the last one when I was 22.
I was trying to be the nice gentleman and be emotionally vulnerable and connected to my first girlfriend. Within three weeks of opening up like that she was brutally emasculating me and telling me the I was not a man and could not turn her on. Telling me I was like a little boy.
Second woman, I tried to be stronger but then one day vented to her about some stuff and cried at one point about some stuff I was anxious about. She lost all respect for me at that point and got cold, and the relationship that had lasted over a year was done inside the next sex weeks.
Third woman, I’ve been stoic. Have told her how I feel about things without breaking down but always inside of the context of “this is how I feel about this situation, but I am not going to let it hold me back, and this is my plan for handling it.” Then I handle it successfully and move on, maintaining stoicism and frame and control over my reactions.
Been married to her now for 13 years, together 15 total. 😂

Self love, we all need to show compassion and love for ourselves before we can love anyone else. Simple, for men and women too. It's not easy at all! But will be worth it in end.
Jumping from one relationship to another doesn't help us grow.
We grow through pain and suffering unfortunately.
